So friendly! They really made getting ice cream special with our boys after going to the beach! And they had SpongeBob ice cream (which we haven’t been able to find in NM) Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Dairy Treat and we can’t wait to go back again on our next vacation back to Grand Haven 😇

The place was crowded for the moment forward, but it was extremely worth the ice cream and banana boat! Sad thing is they ran out of their main ice cream cone type which was for some reason still on display.

They have two jars for tipping: one for TOURISTS with a penny in it and one for LOCALS with lots of dollars in it. The one for tourists has a note on it: "where are you from?". I find this disrespectful. I am a tourist, like 90% of their customers and I am proud of where I am from. I left no tip, and that is not because I do not usually tip, it was because I felt offended by the subtle message they are conveying with the two jars. Ice cream was mediocre. Next day went to a different place to get ice cream in Grand Haven and we were greeted to a friendlier service, but they too are tip beggars and the ice cream was...

Wasn't a fan. Both of our ice creams were melted when we got them. I got a $5 frozen yogurt that was so melted it made a mess all over and my boyfriend's soft serve flavor blast was basically syrup. Maybe it was a bad day since the other reviews are good. I just had a bad feeling at the window and it wasn't a great ice...
