Stumbled across Fire Mountain after seeing an ad for a D-18. I stopped in on my way to Central Point and met Kurt for the first time. Within 10 minutes he made me feel completely at home and offered to show me what he had on consignment and his own instruments, along with some hand built electrics and acoustics. I told him about me Eastman E10 OO I had on my travels and he asked to see it. Which upon, Kurt set the action with a minor truss adjustment at no charge. Read moreI am new to the area. Found Kurt on the internet and checked him out. He is a great guy! Could sit and talk to him all day about guitars. Obviously someone who really loves what he does. He tuned up my acoustic beautifully for a more than reasonable price. It sounds and plays like a twice the guitar now. Then he checked out and quickly dialed in my new electric and wouldn't charge me... and I did not buy it from him. Wouldn't hesitate to have him work much more extensively on anything I might need. You should see all the work he has lined up in the shop. You will lust over the consignment instruments hanging on the wall. I have to tear myself...
