They have oppa all over but isn't that Geeek? You walk in and kinda get greeted! Most of the staff seems to hangout by the oven well at least 10 of them. The decorations are rustic/shabby or something like that I think. I will say it's hard to tell staff from customers. It seems they have a large beer selection. It's a wall of beer. The restaurant is clean I will say. They have a bar area as well as the restaurant. The beer menu is a crumbled piece of paper. We explained we have never been here and the menu doesn't say the size of pizza so it's a bit confusing unless its somewhere and I missed it. The Tennessee Peach Tea $8.00 tasted like cold water with a hint of lemon. I had to send it back it wasn't good and I'm a bourbon freak. The legs are not bad we had the hot buffalo and it was good. A friend had the Raspberry lemon drop and she said hmmmm and tasted again and said hmmm she voted it not the best but okay. I think it felt as the bartender is new or not experienced enough. The pizza crust is thin style and pizza is one size 12inch. The crust is really good and soft but just enough crunch. The pizza sauce is really good I will say. They probably should make sure lids on the cheese and pepper is on as seen below... We asked for the waitress, but she was in the bathroom and that is gross because did you wash your hands not a visiual appealing thing for dinner, and the boy host couldn't ask if we needed help. So, we waited! She finally came over and apologized and got right on a new one. Food not bad and service...
Read moreI'd go to Dominos for pizza. Better tasting and bigger pizzas for half the price as their personal 12". Although as they started bringing out the fettuccine it looked pretty good so that might be worth a try. I was definitely impressed by how thin the crust was but still not burnt. Definitely should be considered a skill! They have a large back room you can reserve for larger groups. They have a bar and supposedly really good drinks! Step outside if you get a call. It is really loud in there. I personally had a not-great experience with the person I phoned my order in on. My pizza was missing a requested topping and they kept saying they didn't understand what I wanted when I just wanted a to-go order and asked just like I always do elsewhere. I'd say overall it was interesting... Didn't think it was good enough to go again though. (VERY overpriced. At least the pizza. I could have gotten Olive Garden fettuccini for the same price as the very thin personal pizza with "eh" taste that I got tonight). WHEELCHAIRS: my friend got in fine in hers. Now that I think about it I don't think I stepped up a single step to get in or while I was in there. Happy...
Read moreOPA is the place to be. Whether you are looking for a place to take the family for lunch, having drinks with friends on a Saturday night or looking for a great bottle of craft beer to take home. Oregon Pizza and Pour authority has you covered. They have a delicious small menu of gourmet pizza, pasta, salads and a few apps as well. The 21 and over area has a ton of taps that are always rotating so you can always find something you love. Along with the largest selection of bottled craft beer and ciders in Southern Oregon ( I believe) that you can enjoy there or take home. They also have a selection of hard alcohol and local wines. In the restaurant area all ages are welcome open to close. OPA has great atmosphere that is laid back but very cool. Marv, an owner and the face of place is usually around helping out and socializing with the patrons. This is where I go 99%of the time I go out. This is not a bar scene. This is the place friends go to spend time together, have fun, enjoy a delicious drink and maybe pizza and some of their famous hot legs. Highly recommended. Peak times can be very busy and service may be a little slower then but it's...
