Taste & See — Restaurant in Grants Pass

Been here twice now, roughly the same experience both times. This time I was here as a Dasher and the staff, upon my arrival, were having a chit-chat with a customer. After I said I was here for DD, one staff member proceeded to make the drinks, which had been ordered more than 10 minutes prior. The other staff member continued her conversation.. chose not to help the co-worker make the drinks. My first time here, as a patron, was about the same experience. I'm all for having a convo. with your patrons... but you gotta be able to work and talk.

The staff is friendly, 100%. But the service is slow and disorganized. I ended up leaving that DD order b/c it's not worth it to wait 10 minutes for the drinks to be ready - they certainly had no sense of urgency about making them. I hate leaving an order like that b/c if costs the establishment money, the end customer doesn't get their order, and I don't get paid.

Will be very hesitant to come here, as a Dasher or a patron, again. Sometimes I just want to pick-up my order, not discuss the meaning of life.

This store intentionally waits to start the order until the Dasher arrives. Goes against DoorDash ToS as well as results in several cancellations as Dashers can't afford to wait.

My adult daughter and I go on coffee dates together often. Recently, a wonderful establishment moved to our town called Taste & See! The atmosphere is amazing, absolutely beautiful. I have had a couple drinks there. My most recent visit I had a taro milk tea with Cheesecake foam, marshmallow, and Boba tapioca pearls. This is the most fantastic treat I have ever tasted. I am so excited to have found a local spot. I actually enjoy. I don’t get out of the house much and I prefer a quiet environment. I love what they’ve done with the place. They have pastries that are delicious and the owners are so kind. If you’re around grants Pass, and you’re thirsty or craving a new treat, I suggest you stop by Taste & See! You can taste and see yourself! I’m going back as soon as possible to get the honeydew melon...

I stopped by this cute little shop yesterday before heading into work for my shift. I was dog tired and needed caffeine. This has come up on doordash as "places you might like" more than once. The barista I talked with, I believe her name was Heaven, was very nice and was open to chat about her favorites and what she recommended. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean. They bring your drinks out to you like a personal invitation and it was great.
