KRI SAVED THE DAY! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was traveling through Dallas Airport, on my way home to Vancouver, and decided to stop by the L'Occitane store to check out the Black Friday sale. There, I met the sales associate, Kri, who went above and beyond to help me with my shopping experience and also saved me from losing my phone while traveling. He was very engaging. He knows the products, and he made me feel comfortable to take my time and try different products. Eventually, he aided me in making a final decision by offering some suggestions according to what I was looking for, and I ended up being very pleased with my purchases. No regrets. But it doesn't end there! I was having so much fun in the store that I ended up leaving my phone there đ±. My flight was early in the morning, and I was wandering the airport that night. I didn't even notice my phone was missing. Suddenly, I see Kri running up to me to let me know I forgot my phone! I was in shock, I didn't even notice it was gone. He ended up staying longer than his shift, to take the train, and go back to the terminal the store was in to retrieve my phone. He also left a note for the next sales associate with details of our conversation to help identify me as the owner of the phone if came back in time (which I wasnt going to be able to). What a great listener and an amazing employee. I am SO grateful. Thank you, Kri, if you see this. Seriously, you saved the day. You are such a kind and thoughtful person.    Read moreI love this store. It was near my gate before boarding, popped in to see what I could pick Up for motherâs day and my boyfriend. The young woman working the store was extremely rude. She was closing in 5 minutes, which is complete ok, however she snapped at me when I told her I didnât need any help, but was looking. Then when she was chit chatting with another airport employee I decided to leave. When I said thank you, she said âuh huhâ as I walked out. Itâs a huge bummer as I fly through Dallas once per month and I wonât be stopping in to get little gifts for my family anymore. It may not make a dent in business revenue, but this tire has a great reputation for class and this young lady could use some coaching on...
