With that said...I wish I could give a better rating, went in to trade a few games, two were unopened. I was told they don't take unsealed games back for trade, when I proceeded to start unsealing them the employee told me that he couldn't take those games that day and I would have to return another day in order to return them. I was also told that it was a Gamestop policy, if this is the case I would suggest changing the policy to allow customers to unseal and trade the games in the same day and not WASTE their time. Time is valuable as any business knows and your customers time is no less valuable, we chose to walk into your store and spend our hard earned money, the least you can do is respect our time as well. Read moreI literally just spent 40 minutes in this store looking for games that were $4.99 or less because they have signs on EVERY game rack that says "5 for $10, on games $4.99 or less, or 4 for $25 on game $9.99 or less. " Now this isn't just one sign up, there everywhere! Now these signs have been up for MONTHS NOW! So soon as I go to check out, the cashier tells me that it's for the members deal that they have. I told him it doesn't say anything about that, he then looks it up and tells me that there's no deal like that, Even though they have these misleading signs posted everywhere for months now! I told him they should probably take those signs down cause they're misleading ALL of us that are shopping there. Customer Rep sounded displeased and uninspired to help with my inquiry.
