Sun Pools — Attraction in Green Brook Township

We purchased a Jacuzzi brand (Model J-385) hot tub from Sun Pools & Spas in Nov. 2022 as a surprise Christmas gift for my 3 kids. We worked with Gabriel who was great and made the buying decision, which we were not sure about at the time, much easier! My wife and I were immediately impressed by Gabriel’s knowledge of spas as well as his friendly, no-pressure sales approach. His objective was to educate us about the various types and sizes of hot tubs available, the benefits of owning a hot tub, and the required maintenance so that my wife and I could make an informed decision that we would be comfortable with. Also, being potential new hot tub owners, Gabriel put our minds at ease by saying that he was always available to answer our questions even after the delivery of the hot tub.

Since this Jacuzzi hot tub was a surprise Christmas gift for my kids, Gabriel and the Sun Pools & Spas delivery team agreed to deliver it the day after Christmas. Dec. 26th turned out to be a very cold day in the low 30s, but Gabriel and delivery team showed up on time in the morning to deliver and set up our hot tub as promised! I am sure their families would have loved to have them home that cold morning right after Christmas, but it shows Gabriel’s and Sun Pools & Spas’ commitment to making their customers happy! After my electrical connection was completed and I added water to the Jacuzzi, via phone Gabriel took me through the set up and operation of the J-385. I tested the water while he was on the phone, and he explained general water maintenance and chemical usage going forward.

Overall, my family loves our new Jacuzzi J-385, and my kids are in it every day! If you are in the market for a new hot tub or are even just considering buying one, you should stop by Sun Pools & Spas and ask for Gabriel! Thank you for an excellent buying...

Our experience with Sun Pools & Spas to date has been exemplary- in no small part because of the sales & service provided by Gabriel Murillo and his team. Gabriel is quite experienced, knowledgeable and informed about hot tubs, their qualities, and care and the needed accessories.

Gabriel is patient, accommodating, friendly and quite professional. We encountered a few early issues with delivery, first on part of the manufacture and then due to a hold up with town approval and Gabe calmly worked through these challenges and helped us reach a satisfying solution.

Sun Pools has a wide selection of offerings, many available to see in their showroom and I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out and asking for Gabriel to help guide you through the sales process.

This is an update (10/13//23) to the original above post composed about a year ago. While some retailers and staff may delight a customer when they are pitching for a sale, it is out of the ordinary to find a retailer and staff, led by Gabriel, that continues to delight nearly a year later.

I recently had an issue that required onsite service and placed a call to Sun Pools and got a prompt reply from Gabriel who was the person who sold us our hot tub and who has been available to answer questions post purchase, without hesitation, and in a very professional manner. An appointment was promptly made and Eric Rodriguez and crew, came out to our house and serviced our hot tub efficiently and professionally, diagnosing the issue quickly and coming prepared with the part that solved our problem, having anticipated the problem from my previous description to Gabriel when I placed my initial call.

This is long overdue review of how AMAZING Gabriel is.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with him. He has been a great partner, advisor, and a sounding board.

We have looked for the right tub for months and done a ton of research of the various ones on market and I’m thrilled with the choice we made thanks to Gabriel. He was the last person I contacted during my research and when I was talking to him my mind was made up as to which tub I’m getting and from which vendor. However, after a short discussion with Gabriel, followed by a visit to his store, we changed our mind and I’m glad we did.

When people are thinking of a tub they evaluate price, model and maker. However, more importantly than that is the person you buy from. They will be the one you call with questions, service and guidance as you get to know your tub. Gabirel continues to be available for my calls till today when the tub was ordered in November. He took endless calls from my electronic, contractor and I prior to tub’s arrival. He continues to take calls from after the delivery was completed. You will have lots of “how to” questions and will need Gabriel to take your call when you ring his phone.

I’m extremely glad Gabriel is my contact person and I highly recommend him. Not only is he accessible every step of the way and after, he is knowledgeable and it is a plus that his prices are also competitive. Yes a “plus” because had a found the tub else where cheaper, which I did not, a couple of hundred dollars saved will mean nothing if no one takes your call.
