UPDATE 8/29/21. I love their atmosphere, the sights, the sounds of happy workers, the wonderful smells and last but not least..the cookies. But wait! There’s more!! They have a variety of e-gift cards! I just sent one to a friend for her 40th birthday and she already got it, so joy was sparked immediately! I know what you’re thinking: This review has too many exclamation points. YOU’RE WRONG! I’m sitting on my porch, coffee in hand and I found the perfect birthday gift!!! Done and done! When a cookie shop makes a parking lot smell good, you know you are in for a treat! I was prepared for a long line but I got there today at 10:15 and there was zero line. Everyone was hard at work but still participated in my video request. (I didn’t know a video wouldn’t post) They don’t make you wear a mask, but I did to be polite and supportive. These cookies are huge, they are 4.5-5” across and about 1/2” thick. They may sound pricey but a cookie this size will last me at least 2 servings, so they are actually cost effective. I taste tested each one, you know, to be thorough. Yum! 1. Peanut Butter Brownie: SO rich without being too sweet. Nice and soft. It was my very favorite! 2. Caramel Coconut Fudge: Slightly chewy and the flavors worked so well together. It was my 2nd favorite! 3. Fruit Pizza: I wouldn’t normally want fruit cluttering up my cookie, but this was delish! The lemon frosting was outstanding. I’m counting this as my fruit serving today. So that’s a win. 4. Milk Chocolate Chip: I had to try the old stand by. It was also good. I would definitely buy 1-3 again! I signed up for their frequent cookie reward program. To be honest, I don’t remember the details because apparently when my nose is in Heaven and my mouth is watering, I can’t retain information. Oh well. I will say this, when I hear Bridford Parkway, I think about the area around Floor and Decor. Crumbl is actually in the same shopping center parking lot as Dick’s, Kohl’s and Target. Thank you for these wonderful treats!!!

Opening day experiences should be taken with a grain of salt as businesses have ample opportunities thereafter to either improve or crash and burn. That caveat aside, Crumbl made a very favorable first impression. The Greensboro store was giving out a free cookie to anyone who downloaded the Crumbl app, and so I had anticipated waiting in line to get in. There was one, but thankfully, it moved quickly. Given the sheer volume of foot traffic they must have faced, Crumbl staff were impressively collected, efficient, and polite. Ordering was simple and quick: I picked up a four-pack to go with my freebie, and it was served up warm and ready to go in under five minutes. These were fairly large cookies, so four for $10.98 was hardly an outrage. Those four - chocolate chip, Oreo chocolate, blueberry crumb cake, and waffle - were varying degrees of tasty. The Oreo, creamy and gooey when warm, was the best of the lot while the waffle (topped with buttercream and served with a side of maple) was very sweet and a bit gimmicky, but there were no losers here. Greensboro may not have needed another cookie place, but the ironically named (these are not dry cookies) Crumbl acquits itself well regardless.

My son and I visited for the first time today. We kept wanting to try it but kept deciding to put it off. But, we finally gave it a go and I must say- I will probably not be back. When we walked in, no one greeted us. And as I approached the cashier- she did not greet us and kind of acted like we were interrupting her from doing something- as if she were in a hurry to ring us up and move on. She was a heavy set young black girl with glasses. She acted as if she didn't want us there as if we were inconvienencing her-not very polite and kind of got a bit condescending and irritated and turned around pointing at the menu asking how many I wanted. After she rang me up- I ordered a dozen cookies(which they call a party pack)- it came to a whopping 33$ and some change. I noticed on the receipt it has a line to leave a tip- why would I tip someone for putting cookies in a box? That's like suggesting to tip fast food workers to put your food in your bag before they hand it to you. I guess you've got to find all ways to make money if you're just a cookie service excluding the exorbitant amount you charge for the actual cookies themselves. I tried one of the cookies- the honeycomb- and it was good but it was so very heavy and rich. It took me all day to finish one cookie. I ordered the oreo cookie, chocolate peanut butter fudge, pink sugar and chocolate chip. They all came with heavy frosting on them except the chocolate chip. It will take us a while to finish these. These are good, but not the best cookie I've had and I don't think they are worth the money. I like to be able to finish my cookie in one sitting. If you like your cookies thick, extremely rich and sweet and over priced- then this is the place for you. Too rich for my blood- cost and taste wise. If you are a diabetic, stay away from here- this place is...

One of the most rude employees I have ever encountered. Went in on 12/13 at about 2:30 pm and waited for employee to finish up with customer. Two males were standing by one kiosk taking the order (just hanging out and talking to each other instead of the customer). The ponytail male goes to gather the cookies. The kiosk ipad is still turned around from the lady completing her transaction and has the screen ready for a new order. At all other Crumbl’s in the area the customer orders by themselves using the iPad as long as they are paying with card. The only time I have seen a worker tap in the order on the register is if someone needs help or are paying with cash. So I proceed to start selecting my order since I know specifically what I want. Without even speaking to me the ponytail male comes back over, AGGRESSIVELY flips the iPad back around while I am working on my order to point back toward the baking area to stop me, and then goes back to working on the previous cookie order. Again nothing was said to me in explanation and his body language very much stated he was annoyed. INCREDIBLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE. I honestly was in shock, having never been treated so poorly before, and immediately made eye contact without another customer who was just as surprised as I was after witnessing the whole thing. I walked out without ordering (not going to give my business to a place that treats someone in such a way) and was getting into my car when the other customer that was in there even stopped me to comment on how inappropriate the interaction had been on the employees part and stated that if she hadn’t already paid she would have walked out as...
