Rainbow Shops — Local services in Greensboro

This is our first time shopping here and it will be our last. There are no dressing rooms open, so you have to buy everything and take it home. Then you only have a 7 day period to make a return for a refund. We purchased several items last Monday. I brought two items back on Thursday. Their entire system was down and the store cannot do any refunds or exchanges. Cash only purchases. I just returned to the store again on Sunday and the system is still down. I inquired about an extension of the 7 day period and was told my only option is to go to another store. This is completely unacceptable when I’ve been to this store TWICE within the 7 days. My daughter needed a shirt for school at the last minute. Last night entered the rainbow store at approximately 7:52 to grab a shirt. I knew exactly which shirt and was heading straight to the register. As soon as I got the shirt the manager made an announcement saying they are closed and I had 8 minutes left to get ringed up. They cut the light off while I was shopping and locked me in. I was really upset and this was the worst customer service I have ever had. I had an horrible experience at this store, customer services is always bad. But this time Sanna, Shana or sometime like that an employee from there on 8/29/21 at 6pm. I was at the store when they close and with the clothes in my hands she makes me leave the store and don't let me pay for it because she said that they just closed.
