This is our first time shopping here and it will be our last. There are no dressing rooms open, so you have to buy everything and take it home. Then you only have a 7 day period to make a return for a refund. We purchased several items last Monday. I brought two items back on Thursday. Their entire system was down and the store cannot do any refunds or exchanges. Cash only purchases. I just returned to the store again on Sunday and the system is still down. I inquired about an extension of the 7 day period and was told my only option is to go to another store. This is completely unacceptable when I’ve been to this store TWICE within the 7 days. I knew exactly which shirt and was heading straight to the register. As soon as I got the shirt the manager made an announcement saying they are closed and I had 8 minutes left to get ringed up.
