Drive thru today none all my lids were not closed properly. Got back to house bad presentation of our food. Burger was a sloppy mess mustard everywhere the bun was smashed & folded all up. My fries & hushpuppies were old. My 2 milkshakes were not refreshing today. Normally they are my favorite. They were more watery and not thick. I went back, explained my self to 2 talkative guys. Then he went back & got this lady name Aisha that was condescending and seemed irritated by the food being returned. No apologies just attitude. She gave back food that was worse than I returned. She & two cashiers I heard talking about me and laughing. This is the first time I have been treated like this there but I want be back. Yall will lose money with this disrespectful lady. Also the Burger they gave us back had so much salt it was not able to be finished the fries had very black pieces in it that was clearly not fresh as we requested. Please by pass this location I highly do not recommend it. Also we did not touch none of the food and asked for the entire meal to be made over including the shake. She refused to accommodate, said you brought back food we need drink per her GM. I told her he left it home but we here now & will eat all together. She told me I had to buy again which I did. Read moreWell from the onset we came through the drive-thru and was subjected to a very condescending ,very ,very rude cashier ,who took it upon himself to poke humor at our order while we were making it. Then proceeding to poke fun as if we had a speech impediment while making out order , assuming that maybe he could not hear well we spoke louder it were scolded and accused of yelling at him and told not to yell at him. After addressing the issue at the window the cashier proceeds to get angry and fly off the handle at us behind a closed door. We go in to get some type of resolution to the situation and there is no one at the front counter to assist us at all for 20 minutes. All the while calling the restaurant itself a total of 6 times while waiting for assistance. When we are finally acknowledge by the cashiers who came from the back. So we make our order and ask to speak to the manager. Not sure what the manager's name was but he addressed us, apologized, and assured us this won't happen again. Kudos to him for being the stand-up manager that he is supposed to be. The manager was excellent no complaints about him I just wish he had a better crew to work with. I would not recommend this cookout until it undergoes a complete overhaul...
Read moreJust went up there maybe 20 min ago. No line in drive-thru. Cool. Pull up, ask for a bbq plate. I'll come to find out shortly i was trying to order a bbq tray. She asks me if id like to order anything else. Im confused. She didnt ask what Id like for sides or a drink. In a questioning manner, I said no? She gives me my total. Still in confusion I said what? Several times and then think, ok, I'll sort this out at the window. So I pull up. Figure out what the confusion was and they wont fix the order. Said they cant change an order in the drivethru. So, I left. Get home, tell my wife about it and she says she went up there (on foot) the other day 5 min before they close the inside area. The two ladies that matched the description of the ones that were in the window when I pulled up were there then. It sounds like, anyhow. They took the order of the person in front of her and then said they couldnt take her order. Mind you, it is not 11pm yet. She asked if she could walk through the drive-through and they said no as well. Idk who these people are, but it seems like they might not belong in customer service??
