I am not a fan of big corps, but occasionally I do come into target when I am searching for something specific. Especially since the pandemic started, its clean, they always have sanitizer on hand to use and cart wipes. There are STILL customers come in with no mask, which would be fine if they were not walking and talking all through out the entire store, touching everything they can, I have seen the same couple come in several times within several months, no mask, with their kids. No SERVICE should be provided. 3 of my family members are currently fighting from covid19 and my daughter has recovered from it although she she should not have gotten it either from selfish individuals like this. BUT, as big as target is, I never find what I am actually looking for, or don't know where it is in the store. employees just walk the other way except for the occasional few who will ask if you need anything. I walked the entire store one night looking for something and did not know where it would be, when I spotted a manager, who was helping a new employee, I did not want to interrupt rudely so I kind of just stood off to the side and waited for a moment to jump in and ask. he looked at me several times and kept walking away. I kept circling as he continued to talk to the employee, the vibe I got was he did not want to know if I needed help, I asked another employee near by and they couldn't find what I was looking for. Read moreWell, I need to vent. We went to Target in Kernersville to change our phone service to Consumer Cellular. Once there we were told that they don’t do it at the Kernersville Target anymore. So the sales person suggested Greensboro. So before we drove to Greensboro we called and they said they had a technician there. So here we go... Once there he was on break. There was one lady before us and we were second in line. She told us she had been waiting about 15 min. So about 30 minutes later he came back with the excuse he was on a conference call. In the mean time two more customers came up needing help. So he jumped from one customer to the other and never accomplish anything. He actually sold a phone to the third customer in line before he finished with the first lady or us. After about 2 1/2 hours the first lady finally got her phone and left. Yahoo we are next. So we told him what we wanted. In the mean time he stopped to help another customer that just walked up. Mind you we are over 2 1/2 hours waiting. When he said I’ll be right back that did it. We picked up our phones and we said forget it. We don’t have another 3 hours to waste. Target, Consumer Cellular doesn’t want or need our business. We will just keep...
Read moreI was wanting to get a facial lotion that happened be locked up for some reason. I activated the sensor for a team member to unlock it. I waited 15 mins before a team member happened to be in the area, not for using a key to unlock the facial lotion. He then radioed a team member to come down, but it seemed as if no one really cared to come and unlock the facial lotion. He then told me that he would get a key from someone. I then wait 10 more minutes and decide to come up and see the hold up. I see the team member who originally said he would help me out, on the register with no key in sight from him or anyone. My wait was absolutely ridiculous and absurd. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to buy a product that is locked up. Ulta right next door has the same lotion unlocked. I would have spoke to a manager, but unfortunately I was running late to a meeting because I didn’t expect a short trip, to become an extended one. Very disappointed and frustrated over the lack of care and customer service displayed by the target employees today. I will definitely not be shopping here again for anything facial...
