Not very sanitary!!! Third time I went to this restaurant with the same person.I don't have a weak stomach so I assumed it wasn't the food when I visited there a few months ago and they got sick afterward. We both had the hibachi chicken. Food was good so thought nothing of it. Sauces are great too! Still thought nothing of it when they suggested we go back so that they could get sick again.. jokingly. Positives this time. Much nicer cashier than before. Not as much of a wait in line as before. It was packed with half the customers waiting for their order. While waiting noticed the Brunette stocking the sauces and constantly wiping her nose with her hand. Not with a tissue and not her arm but her hand while handling the sauces. These were long, wrist to tip of pointing finger wipes. I walked by and commented she shouldn't wipe your nose while handling the sauces. She ignores me then walked in the back past the bathrooms. Couldn't tell if she washes her hands in the kitchen area but proceeds to the back counter area to stack trays of food, close boxes, and give customers their orders. Shizam lady it's flu season!! Plus you are in food service. Food is good and so are the prices. Don't expect a friendly face to greet you. I always get the chicken, people I know have gotten the steak and it has been a little under cooked. Make sure your immunity is strong...

The girl and I mean "girl" that took my order on the phone was rude. She didn't greet me or anything on the phone, she just said hold please and put me on hold. Came back on the line and didn't thank me for holding or apologize for the hold and just said what can I get you. I gave her my order, she told me the price and ticket number and hung up. Then when I went inside to pick up my food she once again didn't greet me and just said "Yes Ma'am"! I told her I had a pick up order and what I had, she grabbed the ticket, never once smiled and made little eye contact. I handed her my card, she swiped it and walked away not specifying to me which one of the 3 bags sitting on the counter was mine. I assumed it was the same one she later told me it was, after I asked but just didn't want to pick up someone else's food by mistake. This was one of the most unwelcoming terrible experiences I've had in awhile. But I will NEVER give them my business or money again since it's definitely not...

I do take out from here at least once a week generally. I’ve noticed the best cooks generally work mid to late afternoon. I am not sure who was cooking today (2/6/2019 around 4:00) but the food was absolutely amazing. It was honestly better than going to arigato, kabuto, or imperial koi. The meet was cooked perfectly, the rice was as well. Generally most hibachi takeout places don’t always do the best with the veggies. However, the veggies were cooked to perfection. Not soft, soggy, or too hard. Broccoli was cooked as if I had cooked it myself at home. Zucchini and onions were perfect as well. I think some of the cooks they have don’t seperate the meet from the rice or veggies which can cause alot of moisture. The meat will have a pool of liquid under it making the meat “soggier” but today was not the case. No big pool of liquid from the meat or veggies. I commend whomever the cooks were today and hope they get a raise or more hours.
