I go here quite often with my girlfriend and family I really don’t be having too many problems here. But the past 2 times I had went was terrible customer service. There’s a young black woman that works here with a very bad attitude she’s brown skin with glasses with a bun. She makes the atmosphere terrible for the workers and the customers the past 2 time I had came she was on the clock. You can simply tell she just always has an attitude. In my personal opinion, something needs to happen because she is running away your customers. I went there last Wednesday got two old schools one with the strawberry filling. Brown skin girl was on shift this day but yall have a younger dark skinned young lady who’s polite and ready to serve. So what happened was the young lady drops my cinnamon roll. Looks me in my face to see if saw her Drop it she looks at the darker skin young lady shakes her head and proceeds not to help then proceed to get an attitude because she gotta make another one then I got a sloppy ass cinnamon bun but the reason she dropped, the cinnamon roll is because she tried to stack the cinnamon rolls on top of each other and then put them in a bag all at one time now the dark skin girl did this, but the brown skin girl opened the bag but you see what I’m saying from her being so nonchalant about her job, she made the girl drop the cinnamon roll. I’m simply not gonna deal with the disrespect when it comes down to my money I love this place and I want to see y’all thrive and improve y’all need to do something about that...

I recently had the opportunity to try the s'mores cookie dough scoop, and it was absolutely amazing. The chocolate chip cookie dough was perfectly sweet and creamy, and the marshmallows and chocolate chips added a nice crunch. The cinnamon roll itself was also delicious, and the combination of flavors was simply perfect.

Opened an hour and a half after posted time- not even so much as an apology when an order was already placed online. She was very apologetic to white customers but had an attitude with me of course because im black and i asked for a refund after she attempted to make me a lemonade with an open can from the refrigerator. News flash im not being a hard nose- its simple food safety. Once u open it up discard it. Stop trying to save a few cents by cutting corners and compromising food safety. Im sure the health department would love to hear about this. Its not covered or dated I don’t know HOW long that beverage has been in there opened. Instead of you being receptive to constructive feedback you were nasty. I will not be back and I will have my friends and family take their black dollars elsewhere. Do better! Smh zero stars. The concord location was much better and customer service was on point. Definitely a loss...
