Read moreWorst experience EVER! I visited this location a month ago to have my screen replaced and was initially optimistic. I asked the young man at the front if they were able to replace an iPhone 15 Pro Max screen, and he confidently assured me that they could. Based on the price and the estimated turnaround time, I thought I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Once I received my phone back, I immediately noticed that the screen quality was nowhere near what I had before. The display was dull, the colors were muted, and it clearly lacked the sharpness and vibrance I had come to expect. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes inspecting it, just trying to make sense of what I was seeing.
Not only was the display quality off, but the screen itself wasn’t even properly installed. The top portion was slightly bulging out, something that would never happen with an official Apple screen installed with the correct adhesive and tools. It was obvious that corners were cut in both the product and the workmanship.
After reviewing my receipt and doing some research, I learned that the iPhone 15 Pro Max is supposed to have an OLED screen, but what I received was an LED replacement. Understandably frustrated, I called the store and spoke to the same associate I originally dealt with. Only then did he inform me that I had been given a non-OEM screen because of the price I paid.
At no point during my visit was I offered a choice between screen types, nor was it explained that I’d be receiving a lower-quality product. That information was conveniently left out until after I noticed the difference myself. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no one would be available for several days, and that even if I did speak to the manager, I would likely be told the same thing.
So now, I’m left with a subpar screen that cost me $230 and the added inconvenience of having to go elsewhere to get it fixed again, this time with the proper OLED replacement.
I'm honestly baffled as to why my phone company would refer customers to this establishment. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on...
Read moreThese guys are the absolute best! I’ve had to have phones repaired before in other places, but I’ve never had an experience anywhere else as good as this one.
I dropped my phone and broke the screen the day before our trip out of town. I called around and everyone I talked to either quoted several days to get the part or WAY too much for the repair ($400-$500!)
When I called these guys they were helpful and professional the whole time. They explained to me that they were an authorized repair center for Google Pixel devices, had the part in stock, and quoted me a lower price than everyone else, but it was still pricey because of the part cost, which was understandable.
Then they asked if I had insurance. Turns out, they’re also an authorized repair center for Verizon insurance! They answered all my questions about how to file the claim, making the whole thing much simpler than I thought it would be.
I went in after filing a claim, they had a part reserved for me, and put my mind at ease by answering all my questions about the repair, the warranty, everything. They showed me the part, explained why the repair takes three to four hours to do (Google Pixel 3s are very complex!), and even volunteered to stay after closing to make sure it was done the same day so I could be ready for our trip.
Best part is that the insurance paid for most of the repair and I only had to pay $29 after filing the claim!
Overall one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you so much guys! We’ll be back again if we ever need...
