The Children's Place Outlet — Attraction in Gurnee

My experience on 11/24/2024 was not the best. Number one employees are all the place talking to each other, don’t stop conversations to help customers. I was followed around the store by Arielle(If I am spelling it correctly.) She was harassing me and my partner inside the store, and beat us to the checkout line to check us out. Then she gets my order wrong with the merchandise in front of her, was charged for 3 sweaters and I only had two, the sign alongside the wall displayed 50% off and was only given 40% so we had to wait on correction. Then I am told that my coupon off has already been used, and I have never scanned it. Just simply was not the best visit. Corporate will definitely be contacted first thing...

If I could give zero stars I would. The fact that I walked into the store I’m not greeted and when I get to the counter to make my purchase the employees are standing there just having a full conversation like I’m standing there for my health. After I finally said something they came to check me out and after spending almost 100$ y’all want to charge me for a bag to carry the clothes I just purchased out of the store. That is really ridiculous! I know that business isn’t that bad where y'all need to make the customers pay for plastic bags when already spending money to support...

I was coming to buy some summer clothes for my son and the minute I walked inn I was greeted and asked if I was looking for an specific thing but I wasn’t. Arelys was soooooo helpful I couldn’t find a shirt that I saw the other day and glad help me find it and she was so nice about too. Then when I was checking out the person that was on register I believe her name was Jackie help me out a lot too and help me save money by telling me about the credit card that you guys offer. It was Such an amazing experience here I’m definitely coming...
