Torrid — Local services in Gurnee

Customer service lacking. Stood next to two associates working a floor set as I was trying to locate an item. Neither acknowledged my presence. I asked if I could move the sign that was in the way of where i was looking was told that was fine and they continued to ignore me. Searched in the drawers that were supposed to be sorted by size bit weren't. Interrupted associates again and asked if they were sorted by size. Was told they should be but that I could check all the drawers if they weren't. I asked if that was something they could help me with or if I needed to do it on my own and the one closest to me told me I could do it on my own. The second associate climbed down from the later and started to help me at that point. I understand there was a floor set going on but it was still business hours and floor sets should not come...

Best Torrid in the area. I drive out of my way to go to this location over McHenry after several bad experiences with the store manager there. The store manager at this location in Gurnee is SO nice and so are all the other staff members!!! I wish I lived closer to this one, but it’s worth the drive and I have never had a bad experience here. I’ve loved Torrid clothes for years and even though they can be a tad bit overpriced in my opinion, the nice thing is there are always sales going on, and the fit is always just right too. I rarely have to question which size to get because their stuff is pretty consistent (aside from the swimwear which I typically size up with). I’m a big fan of Torrid and a big fan of the store and am always recommending this...

Everytime i come in here I have an issue returning items,I purchased a few items online i didn't like the way they fitted as soon as I came in the manager automatically assumed my items was clearance she didnt look at my reciept nor in system like I couldn't take them back,I know what I purchased making it seem I was a lier if I have a receipt my card and I'd it shouldn't be a problem then she had the nerves to call the online customer service as well to verify,the manager is very rude I will not be returning back.they...
