I have gone to this barber shop for over 5 years and I hate to say it I am extremely unsettled how they treated me. I made my appointment for 10:30 and I was driving back from college from two states away and during my drive to there I missed my appointment. I am not one to text and drive on roads like 95 and 295 so I was not able to text or call. Next thing I know I get a notifcation they charged my card the full amount for the haircut. Confused I call them and try and find out why I was charged the full amount. No where in the cancellation policy is it stated that you will be charged 100% if you miss the appointment. They only state you will be charged up to 67%. One would imagine if this is in their cancellation policy, it would be stated with everything else in the policy. One would think. I called and asked what was happening and was immediately greeted with disrespect by I would presume Max who I had an appointment with. I am absolutely shocked with how he talked to me and how little he cared at all. I said I never want to come back here after this and he said, "Good, We do not want you back." I find this extremely unprofessional. I always enjoyed getting my haircut here with Corey for the longest time but now I never want to come back and will never. I have never been talked to by someone like that from a company ever and enforce a policy that is not listed for anyone to see. I feel completely scammed by this place and I feel like a fool for ever recommending this place to anyone. I highly do not recommend this barber shop to anyone anymore, they make it seem like they care on the outside when in reality they could not care less about you and really only care about profit at the end of the day. I see now why other companies have said bad things about them, truly...
Read moreI have been going here off and on for over two years and they’ve always done a good job. However, today when I went in I sat in the waiting area for over a half an hour without anyone saying a single word to me.
I’m reasonable, naturally at first I assumed they where busy. It is Saturday, and the people they are taking to the left and right around me are most likely scheduled appointments. After awhile I assumed I must have done something wrong. I had to assume because nobody there had spoken to me.
I went online and booked an appointment, for the barber shop I was sitting in. I waited another ten minutes, and still nobody talked to me. At this point I got up and quietly left. It was at this point the manger/owner followed me out the door. He must of noticed the human statue was gone.
I forgot to mention, during my time there the owner, was preoccupied arguing with his employee about the quality of his job. The argument got to the level other barbers in the shop had to tell them to knock it off, and the barber had to leave the shop to cool off.
The owner followed me out of his shop saying, “Sir do you have an appointment?” I did book an appointment late. However, when you see someone sitting in your shop for over a half hour doesn’t some common form of human decency tell you to greet them in some way, shape, or form?
I don’t know if they lost an employee today through the owner’s arrogance, but they absolutely lost a loyal...
Read moreI've gotten my haircut there for a few years now and didn't have a problem in the beginning. The last few times though have not gone well. I like the new appointment setup as I have more things to to than sit waiting for a haircut for a few hours. The last few times I have made an appointment I showed up a few minutes early like you should. I'd sit there and wait for at least 30 minutes before getting a haircut. Not ideal considering I made an appointment. This past time I waited for over 40 minutes and noone even said hello or anything. They were not busy 1 haircut was being done. 3 non working employees just walking around or messing with their phones. I got up and walked out. Noone even said anything as I left. I was clean, well dressed and approchable. I always tip $10 when I get a cut. I don't live there and after these few visits I'll find someplace...
