Save A Lot — Attraction in Haines City

Horrible The manager Javier was very coldhearted and had the worst customer service I've seen in my 40yrs of life. He doesn't care about his customer's and he trains his associates the same way. He has a very bad attitude and walks away from you while you're talking to him. Also loses my receipt then telling me that I have it in my pocket which he found it back after he kept arguing and demanding that he doesn't have it and said that's my problem. You need to look at the camera because I'm in Management and alsonbeen a Supervisor before with over 20 plus yrs and I will never treat a customer the way I was treated today at Save alot. Even another customer jump in because she didn't like the way they were talking to me. Because I look very young for my age even though I'm 40yrs old they figure they talking to a kid. I love shopping at Save alot but because of this experience I will never shop again at your company. People like him down grades the entire company and staff. Even some of the employees said he always like that he has an attitude. Sad to say even the employees have a tuff time...

We have been shopping at this store for 3 years but after today we won't go back. The cashier was on her phone the whole time she was ringing us up. When we filled the conveyor as she was ringing us up she decided to switch carts and took the cart that still had our unrung up stuff in it. She rang the stuff in the cart up and began filling this cart. She actually told my son he could empty the other cart into this one. We didn't tell her to switch carts!!! Some of their prices, you can save-a-lot. I still have to shop at Wal-mart for certain things. Usually Wal-Mary's milk is more than Save-a-lot but today, Save-A-Lot's was $2.99 compared to Wal-mart 's $2.49 😖. I bought Save-A-Lot's milk first due to going their first 😑.
