Apple ER — Attraction in Hallandale Beach

If you have new expensive gadget and don't wont to get trash which you will pick up from this repair shop. think twice before you go to Apple ER. I have MacBook pro 2008 which did no using for long time. Perches new battery but computer did not wont to start. i charge the battery to make sure it fully charged no lack, comp dint start. i brought the comp to repair shop. After 2-3 days they told me the motherboard problem. Motherboard repair cost too much and i decide do not repair it. After i get home, i noticed the battery look diferent and hath apple logo on it. New battery was aftermarket with out any logos. Plus this battery don't even charge. I comeback to repair shop and the person start story about they don't have kind of battery for 10 years, the battery did not charge because the motherboard. (i charge the battery to make sure it fully charged) before i went to shop. I open computer to make to make sure if they did not swap the motherboard they change ram. original MacBook pro 2008 "Number of memory slots -2, Base memory -2 GB" but long time ago i upgrade my ram to 2 -slots X 4gb. My massage to people, if you have new expensive gadget and don't wont to get trash which you will pick up from this repair shop. think twice before you go to Apple ER.

God bless the guy who recommended me to Apple ER three years ago when I accidentally dropped my Iphone 4 in my bathtub!! Back then , on my visit to the store, I had the honor to meet the owner of the store himself , Jose, a hard working and cool Colombian and American gentleman , who impressed me with his honesty, patience, work ethics, unique way to treat and make welcome his customers , and , most importantly, very competitive prices on all his electronics and service. Jose and his team go the extra mile to accommodate their customer’s request, even the most insignificant or demanding one and their level of customer service is always way above expectations !! There is no issue that Jose cannot solve!!! Ever since that day , I have become a regular customer of Apple ER and have referred dozens and dozens of friends to them and even hired Jose as web master to work on my company’s web site. I was charged 160$ to replace the battery for my Dell xps 15 laptop. The battery stop charging/working 4 months after the replacement. I decided to buy a new battery off Amazon and do the replacement myself. Turns out the battery cost 40$ off Amazon and comes with the tool kit open the laptop. These people charged 160$ to do battery replacement, so I'm guessing 40$ for the battery and 120$ for service..... that's a total rip off. 120$ to change the battery of a laptop is super expensive especially when the battery cost just "40$". I thought they were charging a fair price thats why i paid them to do it. People is struggling to make ends meet and these people milking pockets is total cold work.... I trusted these people and they rob...
