Constant bare shelves on items I'm looking for. For some silly reason you moved the basil from a room temperature shelf to the refrigerated section which is destroying it. Almost all the leaves are black and spoiled. Genevese basil should not be refrigerated. Red onions are spoiled and stanky, if they are ever in stock. The label for 12" pizza boxes is on the shelf but I've never been able to find any in stock. This store should be renamed to the Torani syrup store because that's the only thing that is regularly stocked. This store has a serious problem keeping items in stock and on the shelves. I could write more but I need to stop so I can drive from Hampton to VA Beach Restaurant Depot to get my basics. Also, I have repeatedly submitted my tax free forms for it to NEVER work. If you own a restaurant, food truck, cooking for a wedding and need food in bulk sizes, then this is the store for you. The meat is priced per pound so you have to do the math in your head or use your phone's calculator to get the actual price. If you're lucky they have markdowns on meats on occasions. This place is not like Costco, Sam's, or BJ's where the meat can be purchased already cut. They also have an aisle where they sale pots and sheet pans cookware. First time in this store. - I was overwhelmed from the great prices to the abundance of different items to purchase. Customer service from the employees are all awesome. Friendly folks willing to meet your needs. I didnt get to go through the whole store my cart was full and I didn't want to pull a 2nd cart. I do suggest going online and signing up for coupons. A nice lady gave me a coupon when I was at the register paying (a blessing in disguise) -people are awesome still in this world. No membership is needed. Parking lot is big enough.
