I had purchased my rings at a different Kays and had them back from being put together less then a month. I was much closer to this store so I stopped in here to have them sent off to be fixed. They were able to pull up my purchase and the protection plan I had purchased for both items. They insisted I pay them over $400 to fix them after spending over almost $3500 on the rings and protection plans that cover this on top of it. They insisted that it wasnât covered even though I showed there where it was included in the plan I purchased. I ended up taking the drive to the original store and they never even questioned it or mentioned me paying a dime. They sent my ring off to be fixed and even put a rush in with it and made sure it was back before a important date I had coming up. This store had me leave with my ring broken in pieces knowing full and well I had already purchased the plan needed to cover all repairs. I would never do business with these women and donât recommend this store specifically, nothing against Kayâs in general though. The manager and the sales lady working with her were far from professional...
Read moreTook two rings in for re-sizing; one purchased from Kay's and the other a ring Ive had for over 45 years. The Kay ring was sized for free and cleaned and the other ring was not only sized but the black sections on the ring were redone beautifully. Staff was professional, friendly and efficient. My husband also had them look at a ring that he's had for over 40 years where the fire opal was coming loose. Even though they don't work with opals they directed us to other jewelers and they noticed that the 2 diamonds with the opal were loose. That ring is now in to be repaired and we thank the Kay's staff for advising us even though it wasn't one of their products. HIGHLY recommend Kay's. We've had our wedding rings (Leo diamonds) since 2008 and they...
Read moreWent on 12/21 with my sister. The lady that helped up was rude. My sister was looking for gifts and was taking her time really thinking about what she want it. When purchasing items that expensive you want to make sure you like it. I understand being careful with the amount of items out in the open but after every thing the lady showed us she would be âyes or no?â. Then she kept telling me â wow you have a lot of patienceâ referring to me being patient with my sister. I just kept laughing nervously because i did not want to be rude or make a scene. Now looking back i wish i had asked for another salesperson. My sister ended up spending over $1,000 so its was not like we wasted her time. Im not sure if it was because we are hispanic or what but her service...
