Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Harlem Township

My family's been shopping here since they opened. We bought perfume there & it was the wrong kind made by the same person. It had NEVER been sprayed only smelled so yes pkg was open & they refused to do a return with receipt. There is absolutely nothing in the fragrance section stating what the return policy is nor did anyone tell us what it is when making the purchase. This is ridiculous & is wrong to sell items without informing customers what the return policy is or in other words that there is NO return policy on items plus it does not show on my receipt. We are done shopping there now. I understand if it was used or I didn't have my receipt but I had it & it was never used. Ross lost customers now. I'll also be calling corporate. Marshall's in Rockford returns cologne as long as it is not used. I'll be there...

Ross is a decent place to get lovely clothes at a low price. But the other day I heard something very disappointing, a couple of employees making fun of another employees weight. It’s disgusting to me that you hire people that make others feel terrible about themselves. If they are doing this to THEIR OWN COWORKERS, I can’t imagine how they treat customers. Love this place. Can't beat the prices. Had to get my dad some pants. They had a good selection for his size and he didn't ask for shirts but, once I saw the prices I said what the hell.
