I just came here at about 12:20am Wednesday July 17th, and my first bite of the beefy 5 layer burrito from the Big Cheeze-It box was fresh. It was skimpy on the ingredients, but fresh. This was in Illinois and thankfully some people are still doing their job here in this state! Thank you for your work guys. So far I've had no problem and if I'm not mistaken I've come here before around the same time. Good stuff. The food was ready when I got to the window.
PS. I didn't get a Cheeze-It unfortunately and just a regular crunch wrap for the same price so it's just a 3 star rating through and through. You have one job so you better do it. Hopes and dreams. Out the window. Forget work ethic. It's still stupid Illinois. I got so hopeful for some betterment in humanity... Nope. Still no work ethic. Just casual trash not giving care and support about the money they're working for. 👎🏻 I need to know what times to come here, because this is ridiculous. The cashier lady at the drive thru did her job well, but the person in the kitchen looked to be a Hispanic who didn't know what they were doing. I've seen some real Hispanics and they don't screw around with their jobs. That's all I saw as far as employees who were working go. Don't quote me on it, but that's what I saw. Read moreI usually don't write reviews, hardly ever but this Taco Bell has brought me to my wits end lol. No it's not really funny, its very sad. This has to be the absolute worst Taco Bell location on the planet. Orders come out wrong every time here. If I ask for sauce theres no sauce or it's the wrong sauce. If I order a Chalupa I get a 5-layer burrito or a employees choice item instead. If I order cheesy potatoes I get chips and cheese sauce. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme once, apparently they were out of meat because it had none in it. Our latest debacle was tonight when we ordered three $5 My Cravings Boxes using the App. Each person ordered something different in their box. When the three boxes came they all had identical items. I literally have to hand the bags back threw the window or park and go inside every time I use the drive-thru here. I don't even know why I check the bags anymore. I should just give them right back and say, fix it please! Or next time I go through the drive-thru I should just say, may I have whatever you want me to have because that's what you're going to give me anyway. The incompetence is mind-boggling at this location. The management here and employees should be ashamed of themselves!...
Read moreThis review comes delayed...as my experience was a week and a half ago, but I had to share. This is a location I frequent somewhat regularly as it is near my workplace and convenient. I've noticed with my last few visits that the service has been gradually getting worse....lack of friendliness and slow...very slow. However, this last visit has drawn me to publically give a review. A gentleman with a ponytail was taking our order, and the entire time was unpleasant and rude. He acted like we were bothering him...almost even angering him(?) His expression as he was helping people was that of someone hating to be at work. Not one smile or even an attempt to smile, and every statement or question made to us during the interaction had a tone that was rude and snotty. I watched other interactions after us, and he treated everyone the same way. I used this gentleman as a lesson for my son on "how not to act or behave when on the job". I normally like this...
