Went in today around noon to get an iced coffee with my friend. The barista who took my order accidentally rang in the wrong flavor shot for my drink. I didn't notice it until I was waiting for my drink to be prepared while standing at the counter. I wanted to alert them ASAP that the flavor was incorrect on the order, and Colleen rudely told me to wait a minute (she was making a drink.) I asked her to not make the iced coffee if that was what she was making. She came over and very coldly asked me what my issue was. I told her that I just noticed on my receipt that the flavor was not correct as ordered. She took my receipt and said, "This hasn't been made yet!" and handed my receipt back VERY rudely. I told her I knew that, and that the flavor was wrong on the receipt, and that I hadn't ordered hazelnut, but toffee nut. The bottom line is that Colleen was SO rude to me, gave me glaring looks as I was trying to explain to her, did not listen to what I was trying to say and honestly, was the RUDEST experience I have EVER had in any Starbucks, ever. I was appalled at the way I was treated, and I even tried to tell her (while she was walking away ignoring me) that I wanted to let her know so she didn't have to waste a drink and make one new. She very rudely said, "well, thank you." I do not get what her buzz was, but I am very, very upset. My friend who was with me was mortified by her behavior. I won't be back, neither will my friend. Ever. And honestly, if anyone asks, I will counsel to avoid this location for the rudeness of the staff alone. By the way, my drink was horrible tasting on top of it. My guess is Colleen probably put all three flavor shots in there anyway. Why? Because she wasn't listening and instead was more concerned with treating me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give the this Starbucks 0 stars if I could, especially after my experience with a Barista named Michelle. Iāve had multiple issues at this Starbucks about my drink quality and the baristas usually remake it with no issues but today the moment wasnāt made right. I came through the drive thru today expecting coffee but left in utter complete disappointment with the treatment I received from this Starbucks. My drinks were made incorrectly three times in the drive thru. The shots were bitter which tells me the machine werenāt calibrated or I was given dead/not the high qualities that are parallel with blonde ristretto shots. I couldnāt taste any of the syrups I requested in the Frappuccinos which shouldāve been 5 pumps of caramel and 5 pumps of toffee nut. I shouldāve been able to taste both flavors in my Frappuccino but instead I was given three Frappuccinos that tasted like a water down coffee Frappuccinos. I returned the drinks inside and requested a refund which the barista did but wasnāt offered anything else when I asked to be compensated for my poor experience. I asked about a recovery card and Michelle replied āmaybe next timeā¦and Iāve never ringed your drinks up beforeā. I asked Michelle if she was the store manager and she said she was and that there wasnāt anything that could be done for me since āwe did what you asked forā. Iām disappointed because Michelle made it seem like my entire order was an inconvenience in the store and was more worried about compensating other customers instead of making the moment...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy 12 year old son went in to order 2 frapachinos. He placed his order and paid. Then 5 other people came in ordered, paid and received their drinks. My son went up and asked if his order was ready and they said hold on they would get it in a minute. After that 5 more people came in ordered, paid and received their drinks. My son again asked about our 2 drinks and was told to hold on. Then another man came in and ordered and while he was paying my son was telling this other customer that he had been waiting 35 minutes for 2 drinks. At that time the person behind the counter grabbed our drinks and gave them to my son. It is clear that Starbucks will treat people different based on their age. My son felt important going in and placing the order and to the Starbucks on 173 he was a second class customer because he was not an adult. Disgusting behaviour Starbucks. You...
