Wasn't a bad store until you get treated like a thief because I picked up a product that the package was damaged the young gentleman working doesn't understand how extremely lucky he was if he would have disrespected me like that in front of my children I wouldn't have been so understanding I'm 45 worked most of my life never had anything gave to me been a brick Mason for close to 30 yrs self employed for the past 12 of them I don't steal I was raised better I can assure you I can afford an $8 tube of windshield and glass sealant if he had any sense or actually did any manual labor he would know that the package things like that come in can pop open if you look at it to hard the tube was falling out before I even touched it but I needed it for a 79 jeep I've restored from the ground up so I was trying to put it back in so it could be scanned at the check out but I assure you it's the last thing I will ever purchase from that establishment as long as the blonde headed KID is employed there but the other gentleman with the hat and the young ladies were kind helpful and most...

Bought a PP130 at the Benton Harbor Michigan store. Had it at our hunting camp in Myers Kentucky. The Auger motor went bad after a week of running it. I called the Harrison, Oh store and talked too the store manager Rusty. Very helpful!!! He told me too being the whole stove in if needed and he would exchange it. We unhooked it and drove 100 miles one way. He came out looked at it and then gave us a new one off the floor. No questions asked !!! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The groomer in that establishment it's rude with the person, took my dog to get a bath and haircut and they hit her and brote her jaw, I've been taking my dog to get groomed since she was a puppy and never had any problems, I moved to harrison and that was the only place I found with a groomer I regret taking my dog there.
