Me (29) and my partner(22) went in looking for a Queen mattress on a budget. Right off the bat we both were immediately greeted by the gentlemen working the store that day , which happened to be the store manager Derrick . We were made to feel most comfortable to talk to him and try out the mattresses lay on them etc. Before we walked in that day we were one hour away from buying a gentlely used mattress from a lady , however she was running extremely late so we had some time to kill . Initially we just where basically window shopping and scooping out prices , quality... Sorta exploring all options. But after speaking with Derrick and seeing the AMAZING DEALS they offered here , we decided to go ahead and make the purchase.

We came home with a Brand New pillow top mattress , two extremely comfortably pillows and a mattress cover . Everywhere else is Outrageously priced , they also act like they have your best interest in mind , but in reality they really don't. Even online used mattresses people ask way way to much. However Derrick worked with us ; He was so nice , He was so helpful ,He honestly made us feel like friends, and Most Importantly he was GENUINE and HONEST !! He explained everything in detail and left out no gray areas. Unlike other companies he was completely upfront about everything . We are so happy with our mattress and our experience there , we felt compelled to write this review for you guys to know just how awesome this place is .!!! Honestly We WILL most definitely recommend this place to friends family and strangers . We are so glad we walked...

Zach, the regional manager was very nice when I first came here to check out the mattresses available to me and pricing wise.

He was very friendly, respectful and professional. He gave me a business card with the information about the mattress I was really interested in.

Came back a few weeks later, and everything changed. New store manager and new employees.

I decided to purchase the mattress here, the manager had absolutely no clue what he was doing and the employee knew less.

He took my payment, and I got a receipt. I scheduled a pickup delivery for the following week...

I called before heading my way to pickup the mattress and no answer.

I called a few times until the manager answered. He said that his computer system was not working and they could not do anything. I told him that I only thing I had to do was pick it up. No computer interaction was even needed! He still denied for me to pick it up.

I could not pick up the mattress that I already paid for, had a receipt of because their system was not working.

Came back on Sunday, and after struggling numerous times to get the mattress to my possession, we finally closed the deal.

As I thought, no computer access was needed. Just lifting the bed on to the truck.

I gave it a two stars because Zach was very nice and a good company role model and because I actually got a mattress.

They never return your calls even...

Just a couple of days ago I called various mattress and bed stores to get help with replacing a box spring and frame at my cabin that I rent to vacationers. The old box spring gave way and we had guests coming in just a few days so I needed to find a business that would deliver and install the box spring and frame ASAP. I spoke with Derrick the manager and he was so easy to talk to and I was so pleasantly surprised with the prices of both the items and delivery. Within an hour he made arrangements to have the items delivered in the morning. They delivered and installed items and took the old one away as they promised and on time. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the whole process and with the customer service they provided. I wish more businesses would be smart like this one. Instead of trying to get every last cent they can do as Derrick did, build customer loyalty so that next time I would not even think whether I was getting a good product at a very reasonable price. I live in California most of the time and wish we had their business here! Kudos to you Derrick and all your staff including deliver people.
