From the melt-in-your-mouth sushi roll of the fantastic food, the service was truly outstanding. The staffs were friendly and attentive.They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and they were happy to answer any questions we had about the dishes. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Overall, I highly recommend Oriental Café to anyone looking for delicious Asian fusion cuisine, and excellent service. I hate doing these type of reviews, But its part of it. This was my 2nd time here. And the experience was worse than the 1st visit. I always give Restaurants a 2nd or 3rd chance because we all have our off days. But this is just Unacceptable. I knew it was going to be bad the moment i walked in. Restaurant was Dirty. I Ordered General Tso with white rice and egg roll lunch special. The Meal was TRASH. The chicken was overcooked, hard, and old. And the rice was not fresh, also old. I can tell this food was sitting for awhile and more than Likely probably cooked the day before. I was practically eating leftovers. The was my first meal of the day and it was so disappointing. The only food item that was good was the incredibly small size vegetable spring roll. I'm just saying if someone is taking the time to drive and spend money at your restaurant the least you can do is not give them bad and old food. Honestly, this will be my last visit. I have no idea how this restaurant has such a high rating....

The food is pretty good. Sometimes, the younger servers can be a bit spacy.

The last time I went, the young man who was waiting on us took our orders, but only caught part of our order. He never asked me to repeat what I said or anything, so I figured he got everything. Unfortunately, I was wrong... only one meal came out. He kept asking me if I was ok...if he could get me anything. I was like, "No, I'm just waiting on my food to come." He asked me this twice while my child ate their food. I thought things were just maybe slow that day.. then it dawned on the young man that I ordered 2 lunch orders. He apologized so much. It was fine. I know mistakes are made. My suggestion, though, is to try to be sat in the older server's section. She may be the owner...I'm not sure. She is fantastic and you can tell she is a happy person.
