I have to share my experience with Lexaco in Harwichport. Whenever I go there the store is overflowing with new jewellery, new styles, new options and even some estate pieces. It’s always a pleasure to meet the team in this family owned business. They are so welcoming and enthusiastic to see us even though we usually come in clusters of 4 or 5 ladies and laugh a lot and make a lot of noise. It’s exciting to try on so many beautiful pieces. We do love to buy special treats while on vacation but they never pressure us or make us feel bad if we need to think it over. we buy for friends overseas and for each other. They will gift wrap or not. They seem to care about th fact that these are gifts and help us to get it right first time. They are so understanding. And I recently brought back a one of a kind, expensive necklace which was an extra special 60 th birthday gift to me. I had broken it. They took on the repair without question. I have no idea how but they took it back maybe to the local artist and creatively repaired it for me. They also mailed it to my home in New Hampshire. All this custom repair and mailing came to me at no charge. This type of customer service is rare and so refreshing these days. My three boys visit Lexaco every year when we vacation at the Cape. They have gushed about the quaint shop and have developed a relationship with the owners, Lisa and Eddie. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting them in person this year. Wonderful couple, wonderful place. To give an idea of their level of personal service, one of my kids lost his bracelet right after we returned from vacation a couple of years ago. I called Lisa and she knew the piece of jewelry my son had lost and had it in the mail immediately. I didn’t have a picture or description, but she knew. I gave my son the replacement for his early graduation in December, he was stunned and thrilled. We brought it back this summer to be resized and they did it for free two years later. What a wonderful shop. During our August vacation in Harwich Port we came across this cool shop. Lots of really nice jewelry, something for everyone. My husband bought me a very pretty anklet, rose gold and silver. The shop owner and her daughter were so kind and it was easy to see they really enjoy their business and their customers.

When I got home I wore the anklet a few times and the clasp broke. I’m sure it was my fault, but I called them and explained what happened. They said to send it back to them and they would see if they could fix it and if not they would replace it.

Today I received my anklet. Perfect! Along with a sweet note from them.

This is a shop I definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back myself.
