HJ Lash (HJ Lash | Eyelash Extension NJ) — Attraction in Hasbrouck Heights

Very nice clean place. The ladies were super sweet. I was told I would get mink lashes but I definitely did not have mink put on me. I am not new to this. The lashes are long (I told them I wanted it shorter). They are very stiff and heavy. However, they were put on correctly. I was rushed to sign a paper. The lady literally kept tapping on the paper saying "sign". She was also pushy about giving a tip. Which I was because the service was good. I'm just not happy that I was told I was getting mink but received synthetic instead. I'm not sure if I'll return. I just don't want them to put synthetic on me again and I don't want to ask them why after they already waste one hour of my time to put them on. I can't wait for them to fall off so I can go elsewhere. These are so heavy...

I usually come here because they do a good job in the lash lift and tint but I don’t know what happened today. My lashes were not even lifted and my left eye was burning throughout the whole time. I told the lady but she said “here you can hold the fan” fan didn’t help I got up she saw my eyes super red and kept wiping and sticking Qtips in my inner corners. I told her I didn’t like the lashes they don’t look good she acted like she didn’t know what I was saying and kept on brushing them. I told the guy at front desk I didn’t like the lift at all he proceeded to ask me for a tip and I told him I’m paying and leaving. Never coming back again, now I’m going to another person to get a second lift same day after this. Not...

I thought this place would be promising. She rushed my service and my lashes are uneven on my eyes. One eye has lashes going to the middle. The other eye has holes in the lashes so they look crazy. I will not be going back it was not worth the money at all. It seems like some people got good service, and for some reason they rushed my service and now my lashes look choppy. I will have to have my service done somewhere else, and they’re falling out like crazy because she over glued them so they’re clumped together and super heavy. so I’m pretty sure I’ll be able to have my lashes re-done...
