The Bottling Company — Attraction in Hattiesburg

Reams this whole review because you will be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Today my fiancé and I toured the bottling company as we had a scheduled tour. They scheduled us to have a tour on the day of someone’s wedding while the wedding was getting set up. I don’t mean tables wheeled out or anything like that, I mean the bridesmaids taking pictures and the first look happening. I felt so wronged for these people because a bunch of strangers walked in on their special day. Not only did they not reschedule but they had us come inside and sit upstairs to do our “tour” which was really a sitting down upstairs and talking about food. There was no talk of what we could do with the venue or what they had that we could use it was all about food. These people had us violate someone’s big day to talk about food. My fiancé and I will not be having our wedding here because of obvious scheduling failures and the fact that they were trying to sell the venue to my fiancé‘s parents rather than us. I wish there was a word to describe my disgusted with how they treated us and the people getting...

I’m going to review this venue from a photography point of view as I didn’t have to deal with any of the typical things booking it myself for an event would have involved. I was there to take pics and attend a wedding. So what I can say is that this venue is beautiful and I’m reviewing it and giving it 4 stars for aesthetics.

It was a rainy, evening wedding, Dec 21, and the ambiance was stunning. It was dark, so I had to adjust for it, but nothing that couldn’t be overcome. Awesome venue, top notch wait staff and managing associates. Delicious food and top shelf drinks. All of that was overshadowed by the dangerously rude security person on duty. He addressed my friend, who was a DJ hired to entertain at our event in the most rude and disrespectful manner. Yelling at him and treating him like some criminal when all he was doing was trying to load out his equipment. I was disappointed that of all the fine appointed details, the Bottling Company missed something so critical. I'm voting in our next meeting to seek another venue.
