We stumbled upon this place by accident & had a wonderful experience. A woman, who I believe was named Kim, greeted us when we walked in. She was genuinely kind, helped us navigate through sampling different popcorn flavors and explained why they were momentarily out of a lot of flavors. The store was squeaky clean! We ended up taking home two bags of popcorn and feeling like we were just delivered the best customer service experience....

We showed up to get ice cream at 7:45pm when they close at 8pm. The employee closed the shop and said she would not serve us and then refused to make eye contact. I had high expectations for this as this had high reviews, but this shop failed to meet the southern hospitality that Hattiesburg has to offer. Very...
