My girlfriend and I happened to stumble upon this place after a day of surfing and fun in the sun back in 2014. We both fell in love with all the art and the people working there. Fast forward to August 2015. I've been racking my brain trying to find an amazing Christmas gift for my girlfriend when this place popped in my mind. I searched the Internet and google maps and finally found Wy's Galleries. An amazing woman by the name of Natalie answered the phone and spent over an hour calling me, sending pictures, and video of the art I was interested in. She was even kind enough to cover half the shipping from Hawaii to New York and is having the piece I bought dedicated to my girlfriend from the artist. Both Natalie and her boss are amazing. The only reason they are receiving 5 stars from me is because I'm unable to give any more than that. I can't wait to purchase more art and as soon as I get back to Hawaii I'm going to go down there and personally meet the woman who spent hours helping me find the perfect Christmas gift. When you go to this amazing gallery make sure you ask...
Read moreBeautiful art, however, the service was absolute garbage. The man in charge of “sales” greeted our group with a question if he could help with anything to which we replied “just browsing”. When he heard that, he very rudely stated “you aren’t here to buy art? Then why did you come into an art gallery?” But this wasn’t the worst.
He was very openly rude and speaking of customers in this gallery negatively, especially for wanting to purchase a small print rather than a large original. I did not get his name, but this man’s employment here needs to be reconsidered and he should find a living doing anything but art sales. There is not a cell in his being that actually wants to promote art or Aloha. Read more reviews of this location, there are many complaints about this man and the “service” he offers potential customers. And time and time again, he has soured any thought of purchasing due to his attitude. I would not promote my art here or consider purchasing from this gallery if you...

TERRIBLE PEOPLE RUN THIS PLACE! The salesman is a pushy hot head, My wife and I were actually was there to buy some art but for some reason he couldn’t just let us look around. He asked very rude strange questions. As soon as we sat down to look around in a room, the salesman very rudely asked us if we just came in to “ lounge around on our chairs.” Told us “We couldn’t afford anything.” And basically cussed us out the door.
His guy must not be making very many sales because all my friends and their wives that went into the store just moments before we did, told us the a similar story. Sad because we all got great pieces just down the road not from this place.
We go to the north shore 2-4 times per year and were previous customers. We will never be returning. Sad to see bad sales...
