A few reasons to shop around at other gyms or starting your own before coming here.
First I've reported having allergic reactions to essential oils that other members kept drowning the sauna in and showed my skins rash and was told nothing could be done by employees. It could just be that these other members were trying to mask the mildew and mold smell inside the saunas.
Second in the paperwork no where does it state that if you're inactive for a while (even after you've thrown out your back, also how can you tell a locker isn't being used when people use the same ones every time.) that they will break into your locker and steal all your expensive items. Unless they've let someone with bolt cutters walk in and let them take it which I'd find hard to believe. Either way your personal belongings are not safe here.
Lack of trainers with knowledge.
Only two squat racks in the entire gym making it near impossible to get a go at them.
Large Groups of young teens using the same machines. Bumping into others while trainers watch and do nothing even after it's been reported. To later find out they are known by staff that are family and say/do nothing.
Overall you can make a better at home gym and get a better experience. Or looking into other places might be your best bet. It's clear that they need my belongings...
Read moreI really hope they get some new equipment, and not just the new pre-loaded machines. Lifting platforms are destroyed, I went to do rack pulls and set up one side of the rack, went to the other side and the safeties are broken, so you can only use safeties in 2 racks. Benches and machines are missing little plastic caps which poses another safety issue as they’re sharp metal. Benches and machine cushions are mostly ripped, dumbbells in multiple places is nice, but the upstairs ones are destroyed to the point of being different than what they actually weigh. There’s also a lot of VERY obnoxious teens which can be really distracting and dangerous for folks lifting heavy weights.
They do have a lot of cardio machines, although the ellipticals have a short stride and the treadmills aren’t the best for sprints. I love that they have kettlebells and I’m sure the classes are good even though there aren’t many at night.
I’d happily pay a lot more per month ($60+) if they made upgrades, but as it stands, I feel like $40 per month is kind of high for what they currently offer. A sports mural is cool, but it’s not what your...
Read more-edit- Go to Jessica with any issues and she will get stuff done. Apparently they save stuff that gets removed from lockers and she was able to get mine back to me.
SAVE YOUR MONEY-DO NOT GO HERE! Ridiculously expensive for what it is. Basic machines that are unusable due to hoards of teenagers crowding around and barefoot children running everywhere. Only 2 squat racks that are always being used, usually with people lined up waiting. Not clean, every surface including the floor is sticky. People dump essential oils all over the saunas making them unusable as well. On top of everything, I had an injury that put me out for a few weeks. Went in today to grab the stuff I left in my LOCKED locker, and found my lock had been cut off and removed, along with all my belongings. It isn’t posted anywhere to clear out lockers after a period of time, nor was it in any of the paperwork I signed. Just save yourself the frustration and don’t even bother...
