TERRIBLE SERVICE BY STEPHANIE!!! I like shopping at Walgreens cause it’s typically better and cleaner than most drug stores. However, Stephanie needs to work on her customer service skills. She was extremely rude! Not just to me, but every customer that was in there. If she doesn’t like her job, she should probably get a new one. She had me make two separate transaction!! She only charge me for half my things, cashed me out and then looked at me like I was the idiot when I asked what about the rest of my items? Then she rolled her eyes!! when I asked for receipts, she refused to print them out! I need those receipts for personal reasons. And she denied them after I told her I really needs them! She still said “Nope” she couldn’t careless. when I said, are you sure you can’t print them for me? She said no again!!! With the nastiest attitude!! And rolled her eyes yet again. The customer behind me was in shock about how unprofessional and disrespectful Stephanie was!! When I came home and told my brother in law about it he said “oh yeah I know who you’re talking about, the girl with the long hair, she’s the reason I don’t shop there” I am so taken back that Walgreens would allow that! Read moreThis place has gone downhill dramatically in the last 6mo. for the following reasons: 1- I went in the other day & there were signs posted informing customers that there was no pharmacist on duty that day, therefore the pharmacy was closed. (Seriously!? A pharmacy with no pharmacist!?!) 2- The following week I used their online photo printing services & received confirmation that my pictures would be ready to pick up later that day. When I stopped in to pick up my pictures I was greeted with another sign that said "Due to low staffing, the photo dept is closed. Please do not ask associates for help" (I would not have ordered from here had I known I would not be getting my pics same day, as they were needed for a school project) 3- They have not watered their outdoor landscaping this year & let everything die, it looks terrible! Because of these reasons, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm pretty sure they'll be going out of business soon anyway since it appears they don't have the staffing to keep things...
Read moreI stopped by this Walgreens to drop off a FedEx package, as they advertise themselves as an authorized FedEx drop-off location. As I approached the counter with my box, the employee immediately and abruptly told me, “Our FedEx rack is full. We’re not accepting any more drop-offs.” There was no greeting or effort to assist, just a dismissive tone. I politely asked if they could simply place the package next to the rack, but was told, “We just can’t do that,” with no explanation.
Their only suggestion was to drive to Park City (30 minutes away) or return the next day. For a store that promotes FedEx services, this was disappointing and unprofessional.
