AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Heber

For one I really wish they would put the address down of which area they are speaking of or they're asking me to review because there are chain stores and I could have been to one somewhere else however I will do my review on the Heber one which I actually visited yesterday. All I needed was some power steering fluid and windshield washer fluid. The two gentlemen that were in there we're very friendly and the fact that I am a smart alec I walked in because the sign says they have tools to loan out and the hood of my Jeep doesn't stay up on its own... So I looked at them and I said exactly " so who is the tool here because I need to borrow you to hold up my hood while I put these fluids in my vehicle?" One of them speaks fluent smart-aleck I guess because he started laughing immediately while the other one was confused and then when I started talking seriously that flip flops so at least they've got you know a good mix of employees and they are very helpful very friendly and I know that if you buy something you know where you spending a bit of money on it and it turned out to be the wrong size or it's missing pieces Etc, they will return it and get you the correct sing ASAP. A great place to go for automotive needs. Now we just need to get the automotive world to realize that women can know certain things about cars and some women know...

I would have gave them no stars if it would let me. My sister in law went on a long road trip alone, and stopped in here on her way back home to Colorado to get some windshield wipers as the weather was getting worse. She went in bought the wipers and was told by the staff member that someone would be going outside to help her install the windshield wipers, after waiting for an hour she went back in and decided to get some windshield wipers that she would be able to install herself since she had not received any help. Even after going back in and telling the staff member that nobody had gone out so she just needed to return the other windshield wipers and buy the easier to install ones, the staff did not offer to help or even apologize for the hour long wait which prolonged her trip even more and weather conditions had got worse. VERY disappointed in this place, when working in customer service you should always help out the customer no matter what especially when the business advertises those kind of services. Please train your staff better and I hope that the next time someone comes in needing help that they don't receive the same care that was given to my sister in law. Take some pride...

For the most part ”every trip” I make into an AutoZone I am greeted and given great service.

This trip however, was different...

This trip I had the pleasure and good fortune to have met some genuinely nice, friendly employees...BUT there is one in particular that I want to show my utmost gratitude towards🙏”Jed” (parts service manager)

Jed went so far beyond providing good customer service that I have to state;

”Jed provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced PERIOD”

I don't live here in Herber City, Utah... BUT, I can say without hesitation that I would and will drive out-of-my-way to come back to your business!

You're a good man and an even better American!
