We first experienced The Cocoa Bird while living in Utah. I wanted to gift something local and special to our family on the east coast for Christmas. I was so excited when I found Coni’s shop full of unique creations! The only thing better than the beauty and presentation of her work is how seriously delicious it is! Her gingerbread anything is always a must. We’ve lived many places, and have had a lot of amazing food and candy, but I’ve never had better than The Cocoa Bird! There is something truly magical about it. Not only is Coni an extremely talented maker, she is one of the sweetest most genuine humans I’ve ever crossed paths with. She’s always been so helpful and kind and loves what she does. She has even helped us get our holiday order this year, even though we are now living on the east coast, so that we could continue to share this special treat with our family.
