I purchased a washer and dryer and went back a year later to pick up.. as I did the previous year with a refrigerator and oven.. he first told me that it was picked up.. then that it was registered to me so I must have them already.. then he changed it to the store policy is to keep the items after 70 days..lied to the police and said someone contacted me to get the items.. lie after lie was told to me .. very dishonest person.. be very careful doing business with the furniture people.. going to court to resolve these lies.. sad part is .. we purchased thousands of dollars worth the appliances from him.. dirty way of doing business.. wonder what else he lies to customers about! Be careful! Can’t stress enough how dishonest he is!hope you read this yourself.. you should be ashamed to be doing business in the United States like this! See you in court .. will update this post after a judge reviews this case.. has a sign in front of store.. but you buy furniture in the rear..out of view of the furniture department were you buy...

I bought a couch for 2,100 on October 12th was told that most of the couch was in the store that they were waiting on the chase, After November 7 called a few times to be told the man in charge of the furniture wasn’t in or left for the the day ended up talking to him a week or so after the 7th an was giving the rum around I call toady and was told that it’s a unfortunate time there not sure when the couch will come so I asked for a refund and was told they would keep 20% of my money that it’s there policy... So far the stove we got today (699.99) is great...the fridge however came with all the drawers but all the door shelves are missing (1999.99) pretty disappointed that I have to contact whirlpool to see about getting those and the second shelving for our fridge after just dropping 2k...you would think they would have at least said hey this is missing pieces but no...the shelves alone online just for the door are 60 a piece....honestly would have been better off getting the refrigerator brand new from home depot after what I'm gonna have to spend to order the parts on a 2 year old fridge....not knocking the place bc I love alot that they have but come on WOW if it's missing pieces at least to the best of your knowledge let your customers know...esp when it's going to cost a couple hundred bucks to fix I the parts are even available...
