I was looking for a good, used 4x4 truck. After checking some other places, which were overpriced for the condition of the vehicle, my wife found this GREAT priced Ford. There was no pressure from any of the people here. Chris and Jake were excellent. I would highly recommend this dealer. I think that everyone would save money on a car purchase here. I know that I did.
Update: After having the vehicle for 3 days with no problem, it decided not to stay running after starting. I couldn't even get it out of my drive. I contacted the sales person to inform them that it needed to be checked. The service department called me to schedule for it to be picked up. An hour later, I get called and asked if I can arrange for a tow truck because the company they use had their truck in the shop and wouldn't be available until Monday. I made the arrangements and dropped it off on Saturday the 14th. We decided not to keep the truck because of the problem with it and the customer service. We were told that the check would be sent back to my bank within 5 business days. I called them and was told by a rude receptionist who wanted to just talk over me instead of listening to me that someone would reach out to me but couldn't even give an estimated time frame. Later, I received a text from Marc, a sales manager explaining that it could take 2 to 3 weeks for the loan to be cleared. I responded to his text, explaining what i was told and that i had ALREADY seen the truck back on their website and that i couldn't get another loan until this one was cleard and that their customer service was unacceptable, to please make it a priority to clear up the matter. He didn't even have the professionalism to respond back. I've checked with my bank, and now, 2 weeks later, they still haven't received it. I wouldn't recommend buying from them because it's like after they have you money, they could care less about you. Attached is the text:
Hey Timothy this is Marc one of the sales managers with EchoPark how're you? Unwinds/returning of vehicle does sometimes take up to 2-3 weeks to finish processing on our and the banks end rest assured it will be processed
Hello Marc, I understand that it takes some time. However, I have already seen the same truck back on your website and now no longer there. I returned the truck on the 14th and was told that the check would be sent out in 5 business days, but my bank still hasn't received it. I can't get another loan until that 1 is cleared. It's been almost 2 weeks, and you're saying it might be another week. That's not acceptable customer service. Please elevate this matter to priority in order to clear it. Thank you.
Update 2. July 4th, 2025 1030am
Hello Marc,
This is Timothy Tuneburg contacting you to inform you that my bank has now received the money, but because of the delay on your company's part, there is now a $152 charge. I need someone to contact me to discuss how this can be cleared up. If I haven't heard back by this evening, I'll be contacting the corporate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall Iām happy with my purchase of a model Y I purchased in late December 2024. The price for the vehicle was good and they gave me wayyyyy more for my trade in than online offers I was getting from CarMax, Carvana, etc. the salesperson was nice and not pushy and the dealership itself was nice. I did call the day before and had a scheduled showing and it was ready when I got there. Now for the negatives. They do not mention or take pictures of damage to the vehicles. There was minor dings, scrapes, and some peeling on the steering wheel that were not pictured so be prepared to maybe find some damage to the vehicle you plan on checking out. Next, the purchase process took wayyy too long. The higher ups went for a meeting in the middle of working my deal and we sat around for 2 hours while not a thing was being worked on because of their meeting. I went there with two kids and it was a shame they werenāt up front with how long it would take. They couldāve let us take our trade in or another car to get some food or something instead of just wasting our time. Next, if you are buying a Tesla from them, make sure you quickly get in contact with Tesla to have them place you as the vehicles owner. I left the dealership not as the official owner with Tesla and was unable to use a supercharger, the vehicle also came without the charger. Mind you I had to drive back home to Utah which they were aware of. An hour wasted after the purchase to find someone at a supercharger who was able to walk me through what I needed to do. It wouldāve been great if the dealership helped us with this instead of sending us on our way. Lastly and probably most importantly, I first worked out a deal with the trade in and the Tesla completely online where they quoted me the trade in value and a really good finance rate with Wells Fargo. The website then prompts you to put down a NON REFUNDABLE $500 deposit to secure the deal. I did not do this because I wanted to be sure the trade in value was accurate. Well the trade in value was accurate but the interest rate the next morning from Wells Fargo was higher than quoted online. Iām sure the dealership worked with Wells Fargo and wanted to sell them the loan at the higher rate and wouldnāt budge for me which sucks but they call it the stealersip for a reason. The salesman claimed the $500 deposit would have been refunded if I didnāt want the deal but Iām sure that was a lie. Anyways, you can find a great deal on a vehicle here but just know it may have damage not pictured or mentioned and I would highly suggest coming with a pre approval from your bank so they donāt sell your loan to the highest bidder and a higher...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHey everyone I bought a car here 6 months ago. I shopped in person multiple times over a couple weeks but ended up buying from Kalley, because I ran out of time.
(1) It felt like any car I asked Kalley to see she brought me a different one with an excuse. Odd, since I just picked from their online inventory. When I pointed this out one time, more excuses.
(2) She and her managers used a lot of deceptive wording, dodged my questions, and played the waiting game.
(3) The "included" Permaplate was silly, bunch of stickers, I just went along to move along. She couldn't even explain what Permaplate is, just that it's great. Lol
(4) They sell cars at "$3000 below," make you wait Forever and then rush you through electronic signing of everything "included," where they added $4,500 of extra bs that expires immediately. Literally. But you find that out later.
(5) They made me wait until I was late for work on the day and when they finally delivered my "cleaned and inspected" car, it was Filthy. I had to drive off to work in a dirty car.
(6) They don't email your copy of the electronic contract they rushed you to sign until a week later, that's when you can actually read it and find out the mandatory "included" extras that you were rushed to sign on the iPad expires tomorrow and are worthless phone numbers.
(7) I complained immediately, they completely ignored me, zero response. Naturally, since they already took my $2500 down and financing. So if I need it, I guess I will just have to walk back into your store anytime so you can fix all the dings in my car like you said? That's "included" right? Since you're ignoring my emails I will just have to show up to get my included service.
(8) The car battery died a couple months into driving, so I had to buy a new one.
(9) My license plate never arrived with my registration, so I had to buy a new one.
Apparently, I am just echoing what other reviewers have experienced at Echo Park. You are going to pay more and get less, starting the second you drive off, through...
