IHOP — Restaurant in Henderson

We didn’t have the best customer service. Our waiter provided a certain attitude as if we where disturbing her. At no point did she bother to ask us if we needed anything else. There was about 3-4 other families which my husband notice she would pass by and ask “everything ok ??? “ except us We ask her for water right off the bad along with our drinks and she never brought them. We tried approaching her and nothing, another waiter passed by and she gladly brought us water. When she brought over the food she offer hot sauce which I said yes and she brought them once we where almost done eating. She then brought us the check, again didn’t offer if we needed anything else. To which my husband asked for a French toast she gave a dirty look and grab the receipt she placed on the table and crumbled it as if again we where bothering her. Once we where ready to leave my husband went to pay and she kept secretly talking to the other waiter and laughing as if she was talking about us. Over all I felt very disappointed my daughters 11 and 9 noticed something was off with her. To which I said let’s calm down let’s give her the benefit of the doubt, let’s be polite. I honestly thought I was seeing things. Imagining I was seeing the wrong thing. But no … my husband once in the car explained how uncomfortable Brittany L. had made him feel. Btw we have 3 girls she only brought 2 kids menú I even told her my oldest may look older but she is only 11 to see if maybe she would brings us an additional menu and crayon so they may all play. Hello to whoever is reading this. I recently celebrated my birthday (Nov 4th) meal at this location and it was totally by accident that I found myself at this location. I was turned down any birthday specials at another location across the street from this lovely Ihop.

My experience: As soon as I walked in the hostess/waitress on duty came up to me and invited me in asking how I was doing. I told her it was my birthday and I had just left a restaurant across the street where the manger Gabby said he wasn’t going to give me anything for my birthday. She said not here, she said we here at Ihop we’ll fix that. I felt better already, then my waiter for my table, his name was Dimitri and he was a great person with above excellent service . He said, he heard it was my birthday; and boy oh boy did he go out of his way to make me feel special. As you can see I had a perfect meal at a ridiculously low cost. I was very very happy, and grateful for they way he, Dimitri and Ihop made me feel that day that I had to say this.

If Dimitri, and the hostess/waitress, (sorry I forgot your name) read this. Thank you both for making me feel, special, especially after the restaurant across the street made me feel unwanted. So, interesting (and honest) experience. My family and I came out here to see our new house that we're moving too this week. First visit to Vegas, first meal. Drove from AZ to here, a 5 hour drive, so we were hungry and READY. The stars looked promising compared to the Denny's. However, it was...a tad disappointing. Only 2 servers. We ordered. I got the BBQ melt. My mom n gma got a chicken something plate. Ordered side salads. Got our food. No napkins or silverware. Didn't get our side salads until we reminded him. It kept taking awhile just to get his attention for us to get refills or napkins. A table adjacent to us had their food come out warm-ish. I could tell they were unimpressed. As I'm eating, I can see the waiter and the cook arguing about my food. Blatantly staring at me as they are arguing. Kinda made me feel bad and it really soured my mood. My gma eventually had to get up to ask for a refill as he hadn't come by in awhile. It was us and 1 other table. As we were getting ready to leave, a family of 3 came in and sat down. Didn't even get menus. Another family came and got seated with menus. The 1st family got up and left. However. The food tasted, pretty decent. My melt tasted great. Fries tasted seasoned. My mom n gma's chicken tasted superb. So, the overall level of tending-to wasn't much to be desired. But the food tasted fairly well. Maybe not everyone has the same experience, this...
