Flame Kabob — Restaurant in Henderson

Everything about this place is authentic, fresh, quality, and at a very good price. We come here a lot, like once a week a lot, and have never once left hungry or disappointed in any way. The food always comes out hot, fresh, and quick for everything being cooked to order.

We’ve had pretty much everything on the menu, some very notable items include:

Appetizer sampler; comes with falafel, hummus, pita, and baba ghanoush. This is the best bang for your buck when it comes to trying out the best starters.

Flame Feta Salad. Their produce is always fresh here and the dressing they use compliments everything perfect. Not your typical Greek salad, this one is elevated and is perfectly tart, salty, and fresh tasting. Size of the the salad is huge and you can also add any protein to it (highly recommend).

Any of the shawarmas; come out perfect every time. Chicken is always my go to but I’ve tried all of them and they all are great. You can always make any of them spicy for a little kick if that’s your sort of thing, it is definitely mine. All come with rice, fries or salad.

From ground skewers, shish, wraps, this place has it all and it is all quality, authentic, and always made fresh. I bring friends and family here all the time and have always been met with a positive response. I would literally recommend this...

Rose water tea is amazing and the food was fresh and flavorful! Fast delivery, great portions for a great price!

—Service — Came back to visit and the owner was extremely customer service oriented! Makes you feel right at home with a smiling face and great suggestions!

—Atmosphere— The restaurant is cozy and very clean and has plenty of seating areas! You can dine inside or take out but dining in is very comfortable and you are very well taken care of.

—Food— The food here is made fresh and does come in a great portion size for the price. I had bowl the steak shawarma bowl and the chicken shawarma both, they both were decent but the chicken is better by far. I probably would order a shish kabob over the bowls but I just love feta so I had to do it. Still love that rose water tea and the pistachio ice cream was delicious.

Upon entering was quickly greeted and asked if there were questions re: the menu. I am familiar with this type of food as I grew up with it. So after scanning the menu, knew exactly what I wanted to entertain.

Opted for the beef tenderloin kabob, ground chicken kabob, and of course hummus. The food was brought out in great timing. Everything was wonderfully prepared. The highlight for me was the beef tenderloin. I truly was not expecting that flavor at all. The hummus was not large in size but def hit the spot of my cravings.

Interior is a few table and chair arrangements. There is outdoor seating as well. Everything was very clean. The menu is simple not overwhelming and it is overhead at the front counter.
