They met with us several times during the install to give us updates and make sure we were happy with everything. Over the past 5 weeks we have lost our ability to have the burglar alarm active and monitored due to Southern Alarm's phone carrier issues. Securing a commercial building overnight without the alarms working is not fun! I called and requested contact information after the first instance in November and never heard from them. TWICE this week we have had the same issue and still no word from them. There HAS to be a way for them to communicate with their clients about issues/problems, but they just don't seem to be interested in discussing the issues with a long term client.
