Salon 104 — Local services in Hendersonville

I’ve been a client of this establishment for over 15 years. The person who was doing my hair left, so I tried a new stylist for the last 3 visits. During the last visit, unfortunately my hair turned out WAY blonder than I have ever had before. Stacy (I think is the manager) scheduled me to come back this week to get it fixed. After thinking over the weekend, I called this morning to request a different stylist to resolve the issue. The timeline I offered for her to get me back in with someone else was about a month. She became very unprofessional. She acted like I was an inconvenience even though I offered several other names of stylists I would be willing to see. Instead of working together to find a resolution, she hung up the phone on me.

BEST COLOR EVER! I recently moved to Hendersonville and was looking for a salon and stylist to color my hair. Tried Bliss Salon and was not impressed with the color and they charged me $170 for a single process, coloring my roots. It was hard to find an appointment as many of the stylists around here are booked several weeks out. I called Salon 104 and was able to get a an appointment with Dave Froncillo because he is new to the area. He did an amazing job with my color and used a product from Italy that was really mild on my scalp. He told me he recently moved from CA and was still flying back every month to work with his clients there. The location is convenient since it is right down town. The staff are all friendly and the salon is clean. Most importantly though Cory is amazing! My hair is difficult to manage and Cory found a style that is easy and works for me, so I won't go anywhere else. My daughter wanted some color done and she is constantly stopped and asked about her cut and color (it is stunning). In addition to all this my mother in law drives in from Charlotte every 6 weeks because she has never had anyone do her color as well and she has lived in Phoenix, Atlanta and Charlotte so that's quite a complement for him.
