TL;DR DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, LOOK TO AMAZON OR COSTCO Trash experience

Edit: We visited the store a while back and they sold us two $800 mattresses with a price totaling of $1800 with taxes and other stuff. They told us our mattresses would be delivered in 10 days on AUG 10 which was quite long. However, on AUG 9 the day before the delivery we received a call that the mattresses we ordered were not even manufactured yet. If they had contacted us any sooner, we could have cancelled the order and gotten other mattresses in the meantime. When we did ask to cancel our order, they said they do not handle the transactions and it could take up to 14 days to return the money we spent. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. You are way better off getting a $200-300 gel memory foam self cooling mattress from amazon or even a similar $500 mattress from Costco. We were tunnel visioned and bought the relatively expensive mattresses but I'm grateful that it didnt work out as it saved us about $1400. Still waiting on the money to get back. To the store: do better with your inventory and don't sell mattresses you don't have.

(EDIT: Hah what a joke, I was told to write this review as soon as the deal ended and they couldn't even hold their end of it. Im editing this review to match my real experience.) Customer service tried their best and took their time to expedite our delivery, a lot of options but the sales team provided us specifics about each mattress type. Process will take about 2 hours but considering you’ll probably use the mattress for the next 15-20 years it’s well worth the price and time. They warrant everything you buy, just ask for either Hoss or Sadaf....

Mattress is great. Delivery drivers and customer service was awful.

The night prior I was contacted with a delivery window for my mattress between 1pm and 4pm. The next morning at 10:52 am I received a text stating the delivery would arrive in 17 minutes, well before the 1pm time I was told. I had my son that morning and I planned my day around the aforementioned delivery window. At 10:55 am I spoke with a customer service representative and told him the earliest I could receive the mattress was 1pm. He understood and told me there would be no problems with that. At 11:03 am I received a call from the driver stating he was at my house. I told him I would not be available until 1 pm to which he responded that he’d be waiting outside of my house. I called the customer service representative back and told him I was uncomfortable with the drivers just waiting outside of my house. I arrived at my house with my 6 month old son and dog at 11:17 am, and as I am trying to get my dog in the house and my son out of his stroller, the delivery truck comes to a stop right outside my house trying to unload the mattress. This time I sternly told the driver I was not ready to receive it as I clearly had my hands full. This whole process has made it seem like they are pushing me to meet a timeline that wasn’t even the agreed upon timeline. It is extremely frustrating and shows poor customer service.
