Mr. Wish Herndon-Reston — Attraction in Herndon

Drink was so disappointing. I ordered a mango smoothie with pearls and got watered down juice. It was completely empty when I walked in and now I see why. I have been to Mr. Wish at Eden Center. I said to the male worker why is my drink watery like water and not a smoothie and he said that is how we make it. He said that the one at Eden Center is a company store, whatever that meant. I saw him making it and he put water from a thing labeled water, then he put a few tiny pieces of mango. Don't go, you'll waste your time and money, not worth it. Better to drink water. I received a disappointing response from the owner. I watched the male employee make my smoothie and I also have been making my own mango smoothie at home for many years. The employee put half water a tiny few pieces of mango (with my eye I could see maybe 6 very very small pieces) very little mango puree. I was going to take it back but I was fearful that I would get a response similar to the one I received from the owner. Instead of realizing that his employee, whom most likely is his relative, was trying to save money because he said that they had been very slow for the last two weeks and like my original review stated, I was the only person in the store. I will not give you another shot. You must learn customer service and customer satisfaction. You didn't even acknowledge that I was telling the truth. Employees can sometimes take short cuts. I know I've been in retail management for over 40 years and have had my own businesses in the past that went very well. A new little cute place to upgrade ur boba tea game! All drinks are made with fresh ingredients, no powder form of anything. Greasy fruits daily cut into tiny pieces, tea not under sweetened or over . Just the right amount of ice. Even after it’s melted your drink will stay flavorful unlike usual from other places . The owner ( I’m assuming ) puts all her heart into introducing and explaining things about her product. The drinks are definitely taste much cleaner, you can’t miss the difference the ingredients make . They also got mini waffles, 3 for 5 in 3 different choice of flavor.. we got milk flavored filling I believe, it’s was very yummy . The middle of the mini waffle filled with crème( the crème is very light, more like pudding ). We had a great first experience, we definitely will come back . A wide range of assorted milk teas, bubble teas, juices, and flavored coffee. The store manager was nice and polite. Price: Large cups around 6$ and up ( without tax) You have options to add 100%, 75, 50, 25 or zero sugar, which is very good. One more thing that I like is the color-coded dots that they show on the board for many of their menu items. Each of the colors represents stuff like vegetarian, dairy, etc. There was a young employee there, obviously under training, I saw he made a mistake a few times, (like using the wrong item, or different materials, or messed up orders) and so distracted the manager.
