I came here with my 2 year old son on a Friday during winter break. We arrived right when they opened and little did we know that the place would soon be taken over by lots of older kids from the Y. All the commotion from all those kids did overwhelm my son at times, but we still managed to have fun. I appreciated how large their 4 and younger section was and there were 2 slide options. I wish there was staff regulating that area a little more as some of the older kids did attempt to play in the area. With the larger playground, there was a good variety of slides and activities. However, there are some areas that need to be fixed as you could see things were falling apart after lots of wear and tear. There is a section where you can shoot soft balls and my son was scared of that noise and it was going off often. I appreciated that you could bring outside food, but not sure why you cannot bring outside drinks. Overall, it can be a hit or miss on how busy it is so you just take that risk when you go. Also it truly depends on your child if they will like that type of environment.

I dont have a lot pics for this place but had tons of videos. Awesome for kids if you plan on spending the entire day. I like high Point safari nation better than Greensboro one because you can come and go in the same purchase. My kids played and then we went to grab some food. Staff is friendly but at the zip line they really dont care if its open or not. You will have to tell them to open it in that first 30 mins of every hour I believe. Grab your food and drinks and have fun!

Hosted my daughter’s birthday here on a weekday. I had a group of about 10 children. It was such a successful event. Staff were very helpful. Facility was neat and clean. Zip-line was my daughter’s favorite and I can say that they manage it in a very orderly manner. I was very grateful of receiving my one month pass to return. Overall I had no complaints! BIG THUMBS UP 10/10

If you’re curious about having a birthday party here, here are the things you need to know. It’s lengthy.. sorry 🙃

Time: We had a birthday party for our son and let me tell you the time frame they give you for the room is NOT worth it. They don’t serve the pizza until after 30 minutes so you have 45 minutes to get through the pizza, sing hbday, do the cake, & presents, get every body out of the room and get everything packed up and get out of the room yourself. Play time is until they close so that’s beneficial but you did pay for everyone already so it’s actually expected.

Food: pizza is from papa John’s and is very good!

Fees: if you get sick or have an emergency and need to reschedule, they fee you $50. Children get sick all the time so you would think they would be understanding being a kids place but they very much not understanding and do not care at all. There is also a $75 fee if you go over the party room time for every 5 minutes over. We were all stressing trying to get through everything to be able to get out in time especially since they don’t let you in early to decorate or set up the food and cake, ect and don’t serve you immediately either so you wait 30 minutes before you get the pizzas to eat so you really only have 45 minutes total for everything.

Things included: they say decorations and plates and napkins are included. We received table clothes, a happy birthday sign, and only 10 plates and napkins. The juice boxes are the capri suns and they only give you 10. The reservation is for 10 kids and 15 adults so you’d think they’d give you more options or atleast waters for everyone. Good thing there’s a grocery store near by or the adults will starve and not have anything to drink or eat on because just like us, you will need it to go buy yourself more plates, napkins, cups & drinks.

Viruses/sicknesses: be prepared to get sick if coming. We managed to get the flu the week of our son’s birthday and had to reschedule. When we reached out to the owners to let them know we were all sick, the options the owners gave us were… Option 1: keep the date because they said “we’re going to lose your $300 this weekend if you don’t show up” Yet, they knew we were all sick with the flu… and still wanted us to come in so they would “lose” out on our money.. I find it very irresponsible of these owners to sit there and say that to a parent. Option 2: pay additional fees ontop of our $300 we spent for 1 hour rental of a room. Which really is 45 minutes when you actually get to start eating.

As a parent, we obviously rescheduled and ate the cost because we in no way would want to get the other kids sick and we obviously didn’t feel well ourselves but to know the owners are willing to send people there knowingly with the flu not caring that it will get all the other kids sick is disgusting. We usually come every month with friends and family but I think this will be our last time knowing now what we do. They’re so desperate for an extra $50 they lost a lot more from us in the long term. We know kids get sick and we try to have fun and be safe but now knowing you’re intentionally letting people come in sick because you allow people to keep their reservations when they tell you they’re sick instead of simply rescheduling them to keep everyone safe without fees attached is bad business...

I had my sons birthday party here last month. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a child’s birthday party venue. First of all, the staff there is incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. My husband and I weren’t able to find our reserved parking spot but we thought it was just us - at first. There another birthday party was running over their time, but that wasn’t an issue. We were initially told over the phone that we could be let in an hour before to decorate, upon arrival told by the shift supervisor we would get 15 minutes to decorate. We also added a few pizzas during our call to be paid when we got to the venue. Later as the party began in the party room, the shift supervisor pulled my husband aside to tell him rudely - “You need to pay for the extra pizza you added over the phone, it should’ve paid at the beginning. If you do not pay for the pizza immediately, we will discontinue the party and you will be asked to leave.” For reference to anyone reading, it was about 20 bucks or so to add the pizza. I had no issue paying for the pizza I added, but because I have not had a party here before, I wouldn’t have known to pay it at check-in. My point - we were not prompted by the staff members to pay the pizza at arrival. But we were come at very rudely about it when that was the staff’s mistake. After paying for the extra pizzas, they told us to let them know when we wanted them to bring in the pizza. When that time came, they only brought in 1/2 of the pizzas we ordered. I, the mother had to go back out and ask ‘where the other half of my pizza was’? The staff supervisor first asked me, “Are you sure really ordered X amount of pizzas?” They confirmed that I wasn’t the crazy one, I was correct. But they weren’t able to find the other 1/2 of the pizza, and we waited about 5-10 minutes waiting for what our solution to the missing pizza was going to be. Then I walk up to the counter and I, myself found the pizza sitting behind one of the counters. The staff supervisor was embarrassed and apologized! After being rude to me and my husband. After we went back with pizza, no one wanted it because it was cold, so I wasted money. We finished the party and wanted to ride the bumper carts, so we got our tokens from the staff supervisor and she was operating the ride for us. While I was waiting to ride next, the staff supervisor said to me “I am sorry. As you can tell, I work with a bunch of teenagers.” She was trying to give an apology to me after being rude, and now trying to be relatable- and blame her coworkers for being lazy. As we were leaving, the shift supervisor came up to us and gave us our sons free pass for the month. She said “You guys were supposed to receive this at check-in but it got missed. I am sorry for that and I am glad that I didn’t miss that for you.” Again something missed by the staff. When we left we checked on that reserved parking spot again, and we saw that no doubt, we in fact did not have a parking spot marked to show reservation for our sons party. I think someone just missed writing his name completely because I didn’t even see a parking spot for his party time. For the price that I paid, I will absolutely never consider having another party here or recommend someone having...

We went to Safari Nation earlier this evening and my initial thoughts were great! I have a 2 and 5 year old and they loved it! It was very clean and not crowded at all especially for a Friday! The problem occurred after we had been there for about a hour. I had (for the majority of the time) been sitting right inside the main play area on a bench watching my kids climb and play, the employees had walked right past me several times without saying anything until a rather rude young lady walked up and told me that I needed to leave the play area because I didn’t have on socks. I replied “I need socks to just sit here on a bench?” and she said “yep, that’s policy.” So I got up and stood outside the area. I am also 9 months pregnant and there are no benches on the outside of the play area to sit down and watch your kids. I was a little annoyed that to simply sit on a bench I would need to purchase a $3 pair of socks. My oldest then wanted to do the zip line that had been “closed” since we got there, even though there were plenty of employees working (and playing) that one of them could have been running it. We asked this same young lady if she could open the zip line, she rolled her eyes at us and made it very clear (huffing and puffing) that she didn’t want to open it for us. The bumper cars were also closed because, according to her, they were broken. Afterwards I saw several 9-10 year olds running through the “toddler designated area,” (sign says no one under 4) and jumping over the low walls back and forth and she just stood there and didn’t say a word to them. I’m not sure why I was asked to leave my seat for not wearing socks but a bunch of kids were not asked to stay out of the toddler area. It is a shame because the place could be really great, but I guess we just left with a bad...
