Customer Service: From the very beginning, Leo and his team were incredibly responsive. I had countless questions and was understandably anxious, having never undertaken a remodel of this scale. Yet, they answered promptly—even during late evenings. When I encountered delays finalizing my loan, they reassured me: “We trust you.” That simple phrase spoke volumes. In an time where trust in business can feel scarce, it was nice to be able to care less about rules and more about people.

Professionalism: The project kicked off within a day and was completed in just nine working days! Their expertise was evident in every step. They collaborated with a designer to ensure my choices aligned with my vision. The result? A stunning transformation of half my bathroom into a luxurious, oversized shower that feels like it belongs in a five-star resort.

Quality: Leo isn’t just a contractor—he’s an artist. The attention to detail was impeccable. Grout lines were flawlessly aligned, symmetrical, and centered.
