I bought an E cig as a present and it didnât work, it would looked like it charged but then wouldnât work. The girl who sold it to me was very nice short dark hair, i told her it was a present for my husband and if i could change it if he didnât like the design and she said yes.
My husband didnât like it but also didnât work so i went back to the store and another lady was selling that day. Iâve try to be funny about my husband didnât like the design but also explain to her that it didnât work, she tried to charged it and it didnât. She was very nervous saying the products canât be returned, so i told her i was okey having it change for the same one but one that works. She called her boss, and said âthere is a girl here who wants to make a return cus she doesnât like it, but also doesnât work â
Her manners were not polite, eventually she offer me a low quality product without cartridge (the one i bought had 2 cartridges, batteries, and tools for cleaning) didnât give me any options at all, and said âthis is the only one thatâs the same price you bought â out of all the products they have.
I was happy with my first purchase, i spend like $100 and thought of coming back. But definitely not coming back again. To end this, the product i ended up with looks cheap and nothing like the one i bought or wanted.
So i had to buy what she wanted because the product i bought before...

The sweet kid behind the counter was really knowledgeable and he delivered the kind of customer service that was standard in all the shops back in the day. I had questions about a new device and he opened the box to make sure that The device would work for me and I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, most shops have employees that arenât knowledgeable about their products and are less than interested in making happy customers, and that just isnât the case here. I wish the shop was closer to my house, but Iâll be making the drive because itâs worth it to me to shop somewhere that can answer my questions and treats my concerns like theyâre valid. THANK YOU SO MUCH, you earned a loyal customer today! I highly recommend! Also, the shop honors a military discount, A DYING PRACTICE, and so appreciated! I asked about it and forgot to remind him when I checked out, so I ended up not getting it, but that was my mistake, and Iâll use it next time.    Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would, the people working there have no idea what theyâre talking about at all on any of their products. This place is a complete joke compared to every other vape shop in DFW. Save yourself some time if you have questions about what youâre buying and go anywhere else.
Edit: you canât even explain yourself, I came in for a pen and the guy didnât even know what distillate meant. He tried to tell me I was wrong that delta distillate could distinguish between indica, sativa, and hybrid; which btw THEY CANT. The only way to get a indica, sativa, or hybrid is by getting the right molecules which canât be changed. Example being delta 8 is an indica no matter what and delta 10 is a sativa no matter what the box says, cause the molecules themselves are basically born being that way. I told him that when it says a delta 8 is a sativa for example that itâs just a marketing scheme for people who dont realize that the product doesnât react like regular THC, so it saying that on that box makes them feel more comfortable about it.
