TLDR: Order that shouldn't have had nuts in it (according to menu and cook, not a special order) accidentally had nuts and was served to somebody with a nut allergy. Giving 4 stars instead of 1 because the situation was handled the best way possible within reason.

Small place, nice though. If you have a nut allergy please read this. The food was tasty, but I had an issue people should be careful with. I have a severe nut allergy and told the gal taking my order multiple times. She confirmed my meal (chicken wings) would not have nuts anyway so it was not a special order. After eating 2 wings I noticed my lip swelling and started poking around my dish. I found half a peanut. I notified the young lady who took my order and she immediately asked if I was okay and if I needed medical attention. After I declined for the time being (I carry an EpiPen and benadryl everywhere for cases like this) she set about asking how she could correct the situation and offered to remake my meal as well as a refund.

I asked for the meal to be re-made but declined the refund because the situation was handled very well. Apparently the peanuts and garlic flakes are in bins next to each other in the kitchen and a peanut got into the dish because of this.

These things happen by accident sometimes, this isn't the first time or the worst case that has happened to me. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the nut accident occurred. I am also giving 4 stars instead of 1 because I feel that the young lady working at the front of the store did the best she could to correct the situation.

Please be careful if you have a nut allergy ANYWHERE YOU GO OUT TO EAT. These mistakes happen sometimes even when they shouldn't. If you don't have a nut allergy I would recommend this...

If this restaurant was to be rated on food alone, I would give it 3-4 stars as their food is tasty and well balanced (flavor wise). However, they have THE WORST employees I have had the misfortune to interact with. When I called to make a remark about my order, the lady (if one could call her such) was rude, disrespectful and defensive. She interrupted me many times and dismissed what I was trying to say. When I asked her what her name was so that I could talk to her manager, her response was "I don't know why it matters". To that I replied that I needed it because I would like to discuss her attitude and lack of customer service with her manager. She dismissed me yet again and when I asked for her name a second time she hung up. Such disdain for customer service as no place in the restaurant industry and for that I give this establishment 1 star. If the manager, who the cashier advised "never visits the restaurant" wishes to discuss further, I welcome the opportunity to discuss. My advice, take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Update

The owner called me back and showed genuine empathy for what had happened. He cares about his business and expressed regret for the confusion and his employee's attitude. He advised he would make changes to the menu to accurately show the meat options available for the dish - this was the origin of my initial complaint. He also offered to make it right with my orders for next time to fix this issue. I'm pleased with his response and his prompt follow-up! Thanks Boi. (changed my...

Tried this place out for the first time via UberEats on a Saturday evening. Ordered around 7 PM for a pick up order. The order was completed very quickly and it was ready when we got there about 10 minutes after ordering.

Tom Yum soup with tofu - soup Flavor is pleasant. Tofu is fried tofu instead of soft tofu. There were no mushrooms despite me not saying no mushrooms. I requested new tomato, which there was no tomatoes, so that’s good. I stated zero spice and yet there is chili everywhere. Not very good at following instructions.

Pad Thai with tofu - Flavor is very strange - Noodles taste…stale? Kind of pickled flavor. I think there’s some sort of vegetable that’s pickled. Doesn’t taste like a classic sweet and sour with chili flavor pad. Thai taste more like pickled vegetables with rice noodles. Stated mild spice level, but taste more like medium spice level.

Pad See Ew with beef - Burnt flavor. WAY TOO MUCH CHAR. I don’t care for char, so I could not eat this.

Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with us the time Yum soup, Flavor was pretty good, but they didn’t follow instructions properly. The pad thai was very bizarre - I think if anything, a thai pace should have a good pad thai, but this one clearly missed the mark. The pad see ew was a burnt mess. I ended up throwing it away. I would’ve given this place a 1/5 stars, but the Tom Yum soup was its saving Grace since it wasn’t horrible. Would not recommend this place, would...

I ordered the Combo Shrimp and Tofu Panang Curry (spicy level) which was gluten free. The rice and curry were served in separate containers and a colorful plate was given to eat on. The shrimp and tofu were perfect! The Panang Curry was the perfect spice level for my palette. The bell peppers were fresh with the right amount of crunch. The rice was a bit too dry. Its consistency seemed better suited for a fried rice dish. Overall, I was satisfied with what I ordered. The drinks are in a refrigerated box. There is no ice present which was a disappointment. The music playing in the background was pop rock. I would have preferred Thai music. This location seems to do a lot of pickups from delivery services in the area, but the dining area is comfortable with booths and regular contemporary tables. I love the artistic decorated wall at the back of the restaurant. I have included pictures of the food ordered and the interior design. The noise level in the kitchen could be heard in the dining area and sometimes competed with the music playing. At least the cooks sounded happy while they were working. The gentleman, Dharmateia V., at the front taking orders was helpful.

Sabaidee has the most delicious drunken noodles (pad kee mow) and lao fried rice that we have had in Dallas. Always spicy and savory just how we like it. Looks like the portions have shrunk but the flavor is what we come for. The Thai tea is good as well. Sabaidee is the perfect place to pickup for lunch or dinner because they are quick, and their food is delicious. Update: Picked up again from Sabaidee and just about everything was great, except the drunken noodles. Ordered Pad Thai, drunken noodles and 2 Thai teas. Pad Thai was delicious and full of flavor. I love the fact that they package the peanuts on the side, so they don't become soggy. My two Thai teas were delicious as usual. My disappointment came with my favorite drunken noodles. Tasted kind of bland and not saucy at all. I Hope next time my drunken noodles will be made with the consistency I've become used to.
