I had my son’s 2nd birthday party at My Gym Hoboken and had such a wonderful experience at the gym with our friends and family! They went above and beyond to make sure my little one was the star of the show and his friends all had the best time celebrating. They completely set up and cleaned up everything and by the time we were ready to go, all of my belongings were packed up. The party was a breeze and I will definitely have another party here and recommend others too. We also attend classes at the gym weekly with the unlimited access to classes. There are not many places in the area that have an after school/daycare program for 2s, so having the gym space available as often as we do, is super convenient for my little one who’s needs to run his energy out. As others mentioned, their cancellation process is specifically designed to get at least one or more extra payments of $115, beyond the 12 week commitment. If you want to freeze - the freeze takes 30 days to process (there's no reason for it to take this long other than to continue to bill you), and if you want to cancel - they require that you make at least one more payment before canceling. Really?! This gym is harder to quit than adult gym.

And you lose all your make-up classes if you cancel - even though they've already been paid for.

My kid got sick after every class so even though he liked it (that's why it's not a one-star review), I am pulling him out during the flu season and they are literally making it impossible for me to use any of his make-up classes.

I LOVE this place. My two children have been a member for 1.5 years. I have seen such an improvement with their mobility, following instructions and overcoming their fears. The staff is always friendly we especially LOVE 😍 Mr. Josh! He’s such burst energy and a ray of light. My kids love him! I have also discovered my child is into gymnastics from these classes.... so happy to have found a place that my kids love!

The cancellation policy for me has not been an issue. They have always honored there policy with us. We have NEVER had an issue. I believe at one point I saw signs in the gym “requesting 24 hour notice to sign up for a make-up class” I assume parents were just showing up with their children thinking they could just walk in.
