DXL Big + Tall — Attraction in Homestead

So i went to this location were i usually go pretty frequently and the manager there was very rude and disrespectful. Reason being is because of the way she spoke to me directly. which i did not appreciate. i recorded the entire interaction a least most of it.

When i corrected her about her tone she said that i had to leave the store even tho she was the one that was in the wrong jane doe then procedes to call the cops on us even tho we did'nt do anything wrong whatsoever.

She there were like 3 cops for one person one call, i asked her for her name which she would not provide to me and told me this is her store but here name is not on it. it's a coporate company she does not own anything there that she just works for. she did not want to provide me that for some odd reason. it's ok i recorded her and her behavior. its funny how they have people in charge of these locations who have poor people skills and don't know how to communicate with people leaving them in charge.

i already filed a complaint with corporate so i hope it was worth it. im writing all this to stay if your not european do not shop there because the manager will treat you like dirt and call the cops on you and try to have you arrested for non apparant reason. ( i just know my rights, not a smart move...

I went in to shop with my adult son as it is wedding season through our family. He wanted some new attire for the events. We were greeted immediately by India. She is a new sales assistant and had a great, welcoming personality. She was attentive and helpful. The store manager, Devaughn, stood in as a "personal assistant" practically! He immediately recognized my son's sizes and made fitting suggestions for his intended style. He KNOWS that store and merchandise thoroughly! We were there about an hour but it didn't feel like it. They provided an experience from the moment we walked in until the time we left. You don't find customer service at this level much anymore. I appreciate this shopping trip and it wasn't even for me lol. Thank you India...

Very helpful and informative for a wife shopping for her husband. Barbara at the waterfront helped me select the right sizes (transitioning from regular department store sizes to b&t) and some pretty great outfits for him to wear on our beach vacation. My husband owns work clothes but not much in the way of a "nice outfit".. I wasnt totally sure what to expect walking in there (not a wearhouse type store at all..prices do reflect this) but Barbara walked me through the store department by department showing things to me as well as what's to offer. I totally recommend this store for any man (or wife of a man) who is shopping big and tall....
